Mayflower — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I ordered off a menu i found online and the prices were dramaticlly lower then in real life. Ill take the blame for that. But when i asked him to tell me the prices he gave me an attitude. When he showed up he knocked on my window when i clearly have a door and a funtioning doorbell. When i asked him the total he rounded it up and then said "What? No tip?!" . After asking for a menu which is always attached to delivery he asked . "Is this your first time ordering mayflower?" He told me he had menus in his car and then when he got to the car he signaled that he didnt have any. To top it all off the food wasnt good at all. I keep playing the situation in my head because both the service and food left a terrible taste...

During this pandemic I was excited to find an open chinese restaurant. So I placed my order and went to pick up my food. I was glad to see the shields up to place orders and pay. However I was disappointed because there was one person taking the orders cooking the food ect. What was really disturbing is the worker had no maks on and she was handling the food with no gloves. There was another customer and we both mentioned to the worker to put on a mask and gloves. She didn't not sure I feel comfortable in ordering...

I keep trying this place, giving multiple chances to improve but unfortunately everything was wrong. The deliver person was the only ok. I was wrong for giving them another chance. The food was just ok, the customer service was mediocre. THEY NEED A CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM TO TRAIN THEM!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!! THIS TIME I MEAN IT!!! 😠😒😠 IF THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR 0 STARS I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE THAT RATING 😱 Baldwin has many other options but I guess, I'm going back to Freeport for my chinese...
