Came here for dinner on a Saturday for my birthday with a party of 9. The place is a little on the smaller side, so I would recommend reservations, especially if you have a larger party. Small size aside the place is incredibly cozy and well decorated for the holidays. There was even some live entertainment that showed up to perform songs who was great. What you're really here for though is the food. I had the T-Bone which is delivered on a sizzling plate for some fanfare, but optics aside it was cooked perfectly and delicious. We also split sides of mashed potatoes, broccoli Rabe (heavy on the garlic but I like it that way), creamed spinach, and fries, which were all delicious, the creamed spinach likely being the table's favorite. One thing to note, the regular entrees come with sides of potatoes and vegetables! But the steaks do not, so we did wind up over ordering a bit. The rest of my party had the shrimp scampi, chicken francaise, veal picatta, papradelle bolognese, the bronzino, and a short rib special; all of which was met with delight. Lastly for dessert we had tried the carrot cake, cheese cake, and lava cake, which are slices plenty enough to split for two, and these were just as fresh and delectable as the entrees. On top of the great food, what really stood out to me was the service. I regret not getting our waiter's name, but he was tremoundous, as were the rest of the staff. They were able to accommodate for my picky nephews with a smaller steak and chicken fingers, even though they have no explicit kids menu. On top of that, they were attentive, charismatic, helpful with suggestions. Attached parking lot can be a little tight, so be careful when maneuvering, but you shouldn't have a problem finding a spot. I'm always happy to try more local places and this one really shines in my eyes, I'd be happy to come back here anytime, especially if you're looking for a nicer sort of date night spot.

Came for celebration of one or family event. After reading a lot of good reviews- decision was made. I ordered an Octopus and wanted it so much, but nobody told that is spicy. Toto’s salad was good. Calamari-fresh and soft. Cocktails. We’re expecting more from Smoked Old fashioned. (Expectation-reality will attach) too much crushed cherries inside. Plate for steak was with some crumbles. Steak was good, but a little overcooked as for steak for more than $70 Also recommendation: provide for guests fresh pepper for this price range. Our pepper was already old and had no flavor. Stuff was trying to do all best. Trying to keep small talk and be nice-it is very valuable for us. Also made half pasta portion for kid. Place is cute. Pretty old and needs some bathroom renovations-for this price range restaurant.

Ate a delicious steak dinner at Toto's with my family! The owners are the same as Villa de Aqua in Bellmore, another family favorite for us. Not only was the food tasty and cooked to perfection, but the service was superb and the server did not skip a beat - our water and wine glasses were never empty! The ambiance was cozy and more traditional. We got the burrata salad, both types of calamari (the fried appetizer & the grilled special), a porterhouse & the ribeye steak special, with mashed potatoes & broccoli as our sides. If we had to change anything in our order, we'd probably order 2 grilled calamari specials because it was so flavorful! We will 100% be coming back to Toto's!

Wish l could leave a 4.5 ⭐️ as l feel they deserve more than 4 but not quite a perfect 5! Tony, our server, was absolutely fantastic, top notch. Came here as a party of 6 for a special occasion. Altogether we ordered: caesar salad (excellent, dressing definitely tasted homemade), arancinis, calamari (dipping sauce was excellent), the porterhouse steak for two (knock your socks off good, homemade steak sauce was delicious), chicken special, surf and turf, lobster ravioli. The only thing that left something to be desired was the lobster bisque, as it was not very “bisque-y” at all; a bit too watery for mine and my family’s liking. Flavor was decent though, with a good handful of lobster chunks. Other than that, everyone’s plates were essentially licked clean. I also don’t know what growth hormone they’re injecting into their baked potatoes, but they were unbelievably big and could definitely be split by 2 people. Finished off with tartufo and a few other desserts and of course, some espresso martinis, which were great. We had an absolutely excellent meal and experience, were not rushed one bit. We were first timers here but definitely will be back. Unfortunately with the state of the economy and the restaurant business nowadays, l can’t often say that we go out to eat and actually enjoy our food for the price and the atmosphere at many places. However, not the case here at all. Would not hesitate to recommend for a...

Others BEWARE!! If I could put zero stars, I would. We had booked Toto's for my baby shower 5 months prior to the date. We had spoken to one of the owners named Tom. We picked our room, it had a patio area that Tom told us if we chose this room, we could have the patio area for our guests. Fast forward, 5 days before my actual baby shower, my mom went to the restaurant to talk about table placement etc. Tom told her she wasn't getting the room we chose and he never said we could use the patio area. My mom face times me to tell me what's going on. Tom basically lies to my face and continues to change his story as I call him out on each lie. He basically doesn't wanna tell me he booked a bigger party that is going to need to both party rooms and wants to force us into the dining room area, not the party room we had booked. Then Tom decides to get nasty with my mom who is on the verge of tears at this point and tells her we shouldn't be making a big deal about a room. At this point I was done. I cancelled my entire baby shower at this restaurant, yes with only 5 days away from the date. I personally called my entire family and friends and moved it to my yard (thank god I have a half acre backyard). This was an absolute nightmare and I would never wish this upon anyone, especially someone who is 35 weeks pregnant...
