Jetmore — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I received another service call from Jetmore. Willy is the repair tech and he could not of been better. Besides fixing my smoker burner he actually showed me some tips on how to easily clean and maintain the grill. This is the kind of service I imagined was happening in the 1950’s !!! Glad to have jetmore around and every time I go there to buy supplies it is always hopping with customers.

I’m very happy with the level of service I have received from Larry at Jetmore so far. I own a Weber Summit grill that needed some parts replaced. Over all a fantastic grill that I enjoy almost all year long but some of the igniters started not functioning properly and Jetmore has communicated with Weber and made the process very easy. The pandemic understandably slowed down the process a little but I completely understand and look forward to being a customer for years to come. The reason we are not completed yet is they discovered another problem when replacing some parts and now We are waiting for Weber to ship them. I love supporting local businesses but Jetmore has really earned...

I have nothing but great praise for Jetmore BBQ. This is not my first but my second outdoor kitchen I have designed and built with them. Larry is a great guy who is extremely professional with A-Z knowledge of what needs to be done. From product to coming to measure for pitch to make sure everything goes smoothly. The BBQ was built and delivered on time. His brother Phil and helper came to deliver and installed it in a professional clean manor. In a world where customer service seems to be disappearing these guys are hands on and make sure all concerns are covered. I’d give them 100 ⭐️ if I was able. ...

I researched and explored many options and narrowed down that I would like my next grill to be a Napoleon RSIB prestige 500, and i wanted the 2025 model. Online, i was not sure if they were transparent on the older model and my fears were further confirmed when i visited some other stores in-person and they were not even fully aware of the new model. When I walked into Jetmore, it was clear these guys knew their grills and sold Napoleons. To top it off, the charge to deliver an assembled grill was very reasonable and sealed the deal. Delivery day, everything went smooth - very very good experience...
