The food was terrible and tasteless! It was a soggy, soggy, soggy and unflavored mess! Should not have been served. From the soggy tasteless, watery, brown Marsala sauce to the droopy tasteless Veal.🤢😱. A disgrace to the name " Italian recipe and my $25.00 wasted on this onion drowned to death dish! The Marsala sauce was not blended and they made it watery and unprofessional with no effort on taste and ingredients.

My homemade sauces and dishes are worth 5x what this dish presented.

The Marsala wine did not blend into the food or brown sauce at all. Tastes like they threw it in last minute.

Shoot the Chef! He's a fake!😱😱😱😱😱.

As for the owners... THEY ARE IN THE ITALIAN HALL OF SHAME!

The food was so tasteless & service was so annoying, I left zero tip! She didn't do anything!🤔🤕 We had to keep asking. She didn't bring bread ( I HAD TO Get Up and get my own. I asked 2x! Never came back to see if we needed anything.

Did not ask us if we want water and her attitude was bad & annoying...she was clearly annoyed at everything. She argued everything we asked this young ( in her teens- early 20s)aged kid with no manners, obnoxious and didn't want to do anything. 😱 Back to veal...if you can call it that!🧐... very super soggy veal cutlets. The Veal Marsala dish was awful.🤨🧐🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 Really awful! Smothered in too, too, toooooooo many thick cut soggy onions and the Marsala sauce was SO SOGGY AND TASTELESS ! Is the chef an " onion freak "?

THE mass of onions drowned out the flavor of the Marsala and brown sauce so much you couldn't taste anything but overwhelming onions! Omg 😱 what was with ALL THESE ONIONS DROWNING out the other ingredients...which also had no flavor and soggy texture. Yuk It was a no effort made disastrous , onion crazy dish!! 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵😱😱😱😱🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🥝

They didn't cook the veal right, It was pasty, and no taste .The veal meat they used was unimpressive and low quality. It tasted like a flat slab of nothing that was not refrigerated or traveled or cut properly. Low grade careless handling.

No way is this portraying tasty Italian cuisine !

I was annoyed at spending $25.00 on this tasteless veal marsala impersonator dish....which ,if my eyes were closed 👁️👁️ 👀 I would have thought 🤔🤨 I was eating as bad,tasteless onion pancake 🥞 drowning my taste buds in an onion frenzy!

The chicken parmigiana dish was REALLY TASTELESS TOMATOES with no flavor. The cheese flavor was dead and bland so that there was no indication it was cheese.

Overpriced food

The pizza crust was dry , burnt ,overcooked tasteless.

BEWARE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I’ve been customers of Village Pizza for years and years. I was even contemplating writing this review but, I think it’s important to let others (especially the elderly) know! My mom who is 80 years old and hard of hearing ordered three slices of pizza here and a young man who has worked there for years kept referring to my mom as “grandma” which my mom felt very uncomfortable with. Then before she walked out the door, she realized the young man charged her $138.01 for three slices of pizza! When my mom confronted another staff member, they told her it was just a “mistake” and changed the charge to $12.55. My mother felt very uneasy leaving. When my mother returned, she was helped by the same staff member who added a $39.17 tip. My mother was so upset so I attempted to confront the young man and his face turned beat red and he pretended to ignore me. I know the young man by first name because I’ve been going here for years. Since he wasn’t responsive, I confronted the other staff member I spoke to previously about a second problem and was told a second charge mistake was “impossible” and that the dollar amount was too small to be looked into. Regardless, he refunded us but I felt obligated to write this review to warn others about possible scamming. My family and I have been going here for years and years and we feel absolutely violated and betrayed. The owners know me by name here but since this happened, I haven’t spent a dime in here. This business lost lots and lots of money. I hope you’re satisfied...

I love the grandma and buffalo pinwheel from this place. The staff in the front of the store is always pleasant. However, when I decided to all in an order the staff on the phone is extremely nasty and unprofessional. She asked that I hold after each request to make smart remarks for her colleague wit her. When her colleague came onto the phone to complete my order, I requested to cancel. I explained the snarky remarks are not appreciated. Her response "I think we were just trying to understand what you are ordering" what's difficult to understand about a grandma pie, well done, an order of garlic knots and seasoning toppings on the side?

Here's a tip for professionalism, don't speak ill of the customers that keep you employed!! This is my first time experiencing such ignorance and rudeness on the phone from your establishment, the way to handle a mistake is to acknowledge and at least apologize. You've just lost business from my family and friends, for sure! You're not the only pizzeria in the area, and certainly not the...
