I came to arby's because I got out of work late, but this arby's is i'm going downhill fast. There's no one at the front counter and no 12 be found in the restaurant, but the doors are open. I pulled around to the drive through at 7:50. It is now 810 began to leave and noticed, there is a gentleman in his car. Add the drive through window. And he asks me if I was able to get anybody on the speaker at the drive through.I told him no. I went to pull around because felt like it was getting ridiculous. When I saw an employee in the dining room, just walking around with his arms folded, doing pretty much nothing, but maybe he was on his break. The gentleman in front of me finally was able to get the attention of a young lady who did take his order and he got his food reasonably quick.I was next in line and she was just laughing hysterically. Despite her laughing when I said hello, she did not acknowledge me. I'm thinking this girl must be smoking something. She never prompted me as to what I wanted to order. I told her it was irritating that nobody was answering at the drive through speaker. She took my order and I got my food quickly. However, I do understand now why the food came out so quickly. It is ice cold from the roast. Beef sandwich to my curly fries. I can't even be bothered to get back in line. I think what they have done is pre. Cooked a bunch of stuff so they can stand around and screw around. Employees are only as good as the person they're supervised by, but it's clear that no one's in charge here and everyone's...
Read moreHere's how my last experience went here (a Sunday afternoon):
I pulled up to the drive-thru. I was not greeted immediately so I patiently waited. Another 15-20 seconds of silence so I nudge my car forward a few inches, maybe they didn't see/hear me? Another awkward silence and I ventured a "Hello?" to which I received no response.
More silence, followed by a couple more tentative greetings. "Is anybody there?"
At this point I am wondering if my silly self has pulled up to a closed business. Did I miss it? Hmm I hope not that would be embarrassing... "Hello?"
Nothing. So I pulled around to see if the business was closed and was shocked to see 2 cars waiting at the drive-thru window. Ok, that's weird, I'll just pull around again.
So I did, and was greeted by that same awkward silence for another 30 seconds. "Hello?"
"Hi uh ... If you want some food you're gonna have to come in and get it, sorry" click
So, who knows what that was about. I certainly won't be coming back to this location and hope that if a similar situation arises, that they can at least be somewhat professional about it.
Edit/Addendum: This stuff is STILL happening at this location. I pulled up and sat literally 5 minutes and NOBODY said anything, not even a "We'll be with you in a minute". I finally said Hello several times and finally got a reply "Hang on a minute". I waited 3 more minutes and just drove off. I completely understand places being busy but everyone here is either rude or inept. Just shut this...
Read moreI came in to pick up a mobile order and experienced the worst customer service ever. Both, the employees and the manager were rude and refused to help. My order wasn't at the mobile pick up counter but I noticed, what looked like my order, sitting behind the counter. I've waited for about 15 min and was completely ignored by the employees out front. Eventually I was able to get attention of one of the people out front and asked if that was my order sitting there. I was told that it was my order but it wasn't ready and that's why it wasn't brought up to the pick up counter. I said it looked ready, and was told that they had to pour my drink. I said that I was waiting for 15 min to basically for somebody to pour my drink!?! One of the employees gave me my order and an empty cup and said that I can pour it myself since I can't wait. When I proceeded to complain that I shouldn't have to wait for 15 min for a drink or for somebody to help me. I was told that I need to stop talking and "bye". The manager must have heard the commotion out front cause he decided to join the conversation. He asked me why I was yelling at his people. When I explained to him why I was frustrated with the situation. He looked at me with a smug smile on his face and proceeded to repeat and thing "your order wasn't ready". To save myself from further frustration, I walked out of the store. 0 customer service or even basic respect and gratitude. Never ordering or going back to this...
