Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Henrietta

Always had good service, until today. Ordered a pizza gave the correct address , my guess is the address was written down incorrectly , paid for the pizza to be delivered and never seen my pizza . I sat outside waiting for over an hour and a half called the store spoke to the manager . She told me the pizza had been delivered, put on a table,, spoke with my husband which was a lie . but never said what address it had been delivered too . I was told that she is going by what the delivery person had wrote down , which I questioned . The order was over 20.00 dollars and the manager was only refunding 15.00 . So I hope the person who received my pizza enjoyed it . Will not order a another pizza from this store again . I realize that mistakes happen , but shouldn’t the store manager and the person taking the order, as well as the person delivered the pizza check to make sure the address that is written down by the person taking the order is the correct one that they...

We order from work - and with several staff who have gluten free needs, the GF pizza from Domino's is wonderful and the toppings are generous. This is a definite plus. the other pizza's are a hit too - my coworkers are happy with the crust and taste of today's Domino's. Would have given you 4-5 stars except for the downside... as other reviews have noted, the tracker is off.. arriving much later than promised or shown by the tracker. When I called about our late delivery I was told they had a large school order and there was backup due to it - perhaps letting your customers know there is a delay would be helpful? This is difficult when staff are basing their lunch breaks on the anticipated arrival time. If you want to keep our business... a site with approx 400 employees .. the delivery time needs to...

Ordered evening of 10/1/21. Called for the order, went to pick up but they didn’t find my order. The guy was sick of his job apparently. He asked me “show me your phone that you called here.” I showed that the call was almost an hour ago. Then ,”call me again, I want to see your number.” After extremely rude attitude and despite proving my case, the guy was throwing his hands around while I was calm. Yelled “ I don’t have your order and don’t have your pizza. YOU NEED TO WAIT AND THATS HOW WE ARE GOING TO PLAY.” I just walked out and the guy kept talking.
