Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Henrietta

Update: 4/19/23. Nothing is fixed. Still forgetting items. I swear they spend more time on their phone. Fix this!!!!!! Im officially over this place. I stopped this morning to get a everything bagel with cream cheese and large hot coffee with 2 cream and 2 carmel swirl. I got a plain bagel and large hot coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar. It seems like they never listen and im just over it. Update: 12/20/20. Wow so i figured id give them another shot. Got there this morning at 7:15am trying to get some breakfast before work. Literally stood there with one customer in front of me and she waited 4-5 minutes for someone even acknowledged her then after they took the order they disappeared from the front for few minutes and its funny because there are other people who work there standing around. I worked in the industry and i have always been trained to acknowledge customers even letting them know someone will be with you... something. Im over this place. They will never figure it out. The slowest dunkin ive been too and no excuse at 7am. There was one or two cars in drive thru. I read previous reviews and i see im not alone. Hey...

Every one runs for Dunkin! Well I ran hard away from this one. Im not a fan of any food buisness inside another buisness like a gas station. So I probably shouldn't leave a review because im already a hater of this kind of set up. But if you are as well there is another Dunkin up the road that is clean and the donuts aren't stale. The staff was friendly though, which it seems like everyone in Rochester is. I am new to the area coming from Queens. So I'm a tough critic coming from NYC where Starbucks is king and Dunkin isn't trendy enough to frequent lol coming from a place where everyone has a coffee shop on a corner with organic special brewed blah blah blah coffee. If you are looking for a quick cup while filling your tank, this would be a good place...

We were staying in the area for a few days straight. We stopped eaely each morning for large coffees, both with extra cream. Never did we get extra cream. The coffee was so strong it was bitter and barely a shade of brown (no wheres near "extra cream"). Big disappointment as we always go to Duncan and have never experienced this before. We also stopped here one day in the mid-afternoon and got the same coffees we always order, and they were perfect. Why the inconsistencies in how they make coffee? Just check to make sure your coffee is the right color before you drive away. That's where we made...
