Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Herkimer

This Dunkin continues to disappoint every time I go here. I order something very simple & yet everytime I get my coffee, the order is either disgusting or simply not made right. This morning, I purchased two of what I ordered & paid $7. When I recieved my drinks, they were nasty. I promptly threw mine out & asked for my money back. This was apparently a huge hassle for the employee working, for he had an attitude & point blank did not give me my money back. He said he could make me new ones, but I just wanted my money back to which they refused. I will not be returning to this establishment, nor will any of my friends, all of whom attend the college. Was just confused on what they are getting paid for Because when I had questions no one could help me and continued to look down as if I wasn’t there and they are obviously not getting paid for making good cups of coffee. Literally the worst Dunkin you can go to number 1 when you order they let the line go out into the road etc because they only allow one car at the drive through window at a time. So well that one car is up at the window the car behind them is sitting at the speaker don’t get greater told to wait a minute or anything. Service is beyond slow. Number two, you wait in line for 20 minutes to be told oh sorry we cant accept 50$ or 100$ bills. Literally the only Dunkin I’ve ever Hurd even say that and I’ve been going to Dunkin for years! Could you guys not afford a marker to check bills, would you like me to buy you one so the next time I pay with a 100$ you can check it? lol pathetic if you ask me that slow service they have mark my words will cause a car accident and someone will end up loosing their life because they don’t know how to...

The only Dunkin’ Donuts I’m ever in close proximity to, but I’m so tired of their espresso machine not working. Judging by the reviews I’m reading it hasn’t been working for over a year...now it’s just down and they have a sign up saying it’s broken. Why don’t you just fix your machine? It’s an inconvenience during the $2 medium hot or iced lattes or cappuccinos. You’re advertising them but can’t make them. I saw a maintenance vehicle in the parking lot one day and I was like YES they are finally fixing their espresso machine! But no...they were fixing their sandwich oven. Then I thought well maybe they are going to fix it after...but I went a week later and they still had their sign up. Then a lot of the time their hot chocolate machine is down, too. Fix...
