Wish I could give them negative stars. I ask for a combo platter and a Botana. I literally didn't receive more than half my order!!! I did not receive the Botana and I did not receive one of the three items I requested. I literally spelled out BOTANA because I thought that the lady could not hear me and still did not receive it when they delivered my food. Also, when I tried to call them back just to see if they charged me for the BOTANA (luckily she did not) the lady had an attitude. That's not even the worst part. The item that I was missing was a burrito, so when I called to see if they could just bring the burrito the lady had the audacity to say that the cooks said that the burrito was in there! Why would I lie about my food missing. Then she had the nerve to say I can come pick up the burrito if I want it. Why would I call a order for delivery if I wanted to come pick up my food that they messed up! If anybody is questioning should they order from here, I highly suggest you don't unless you really only want half your order. Horrible place to eat at, literally the worst when it comes to customer service. I would highly suggest eating at Maria Bonita, they at least understand the saying that the customer is...

I would give negative stars if I could. This was the worst experience of my life. After eating at this restaurant, both my friend and I were hit with severe food poisoning that lasted for two days. It started within hours of eating—stomach cramps and nausea. By that night, we were both curled up in pain, constantly running to the bathroom. The vomiting started soon after, followed by fever, chills, and dizziness. We spent the next 48 hours barely able to leave our beds, too exhausted to do anything but hydrate and hope the feeling would pass. Neither of us had ever been so sick in our lives. We both ate the tostadas, so it’s clear that whatever caused this came directly from the restaurant. It was not a mild case of food poisoning either. The pain and discomfort were so severe that we honestly thought we might end up in the hospital. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. It completely ruined the following two days for both of us, and we’re still recovering from the physical...

Great food and Friendly wait staff. Pick Up and go order in 15 minutes. Food is never missing and the plates are HUGE, the Drinks to go are like you are at the bar - the plastic container but you just through it in a nice glass and dress it up to look like it came right from the bar to your door lol. You gotta try the mixioto both pork and chicken it's my Husband's Favorite. I tried Enchiladas Cancun, Camarones ala Mexicana and both were tasteful dishes. If you love Shrimp, I recommend trying it. We live once. We also love the Shrimp Ceviche, Shrimp Cocktail, Chicken Quesadillas & of course the Tortillas & Salsa are always the best. My husband found this place on Mother's day this year, nothing was really open, or closed by 6pm and he loves Hacienda in Goshen. But when he found this place and it made his favorite dish and it was 9 miles away and OPEN, he couldn't believe it. So we gave them a try. Glad we did! Highly...

I had a craving for Mexican food, so I decided to stop by. It was a very busy night due to an Army home game, so the service wasn’t the best—it took quite a while before we could even place our orders. The chips and salsa for the table were delicious! For drinks, I ordered a Coronarita and a Piña Colada. I’d definitely recommend the Piña Colada. Being indecisive, I went with one of the combination platters, which came with three different items. However, the server walked away before I could specify what type of meat I wanted in each. There was a lot of food in the combo, so that was a positive. I also ordered the steak enchiladas, but the meat was very tough—talk about a jaw workout! I’d likely return just for the drinks. The décor is welcoming, and they offer outdoor seating, which adds to the overall atmosphere.

*Food wasn't hot but it was warm* *The service could have been much better* *Didn't pay attention to detail* *Not Recommend* Took a while to get the sour cream we asked for & I asked for no beans at all with my meal, the server even repeated back to me "no beans" they still brought me beans. My water glass was dirty it had some weird whit stuff on it like pieces of a napkin or maybe dish detergent or food stuck to it, I'm not sure but they brought me a new clean glass I asked for one of the blue glasses and they brought me a different one. Whatever. It's sad because the food and atmosphere is really good however the service is absolutely terrible. The fajitas weren't hot at all they were just warm. We will definitely not be returning to this location again.

I’ll preface this review by saying that we’re here from Texas and we have some of the best TexMex on the planet. For being in NY, the food was okay, but not remarkable. Not as spicy as we like. I judge a Mexican restaurant from the start with the chips and salsa. The salsa was very mild and lacked in flavor. The guacamole was very good. My taco, chimichanga and burrito combo plate was okay, but again, not remarkable. It was a decent overall lunch, the price was reasonable and the service was acceptable.
