I went to my original dentist last month for a routine check up and then back again last week to fix an old filling. I was experiencing pain from the new filling and called his office, left messages, waited a week, but no one called back.

I found HFDG near me which was great, because I needed care right away. Lisa was wonderful and booked me the same day. COVID protocols were followed and I felt safe in their establishment.

Chas, the dental hygienist, was very friendly. I met Dr. Feigenbaum who was wonderful, caring, and supportive as well. He examined my X-rays and pointed out other dental issues my teeth were having.

I was shocked and unaware of this since I just had my teeth examined last month. My original dentist told me nothing was wrong except one small cavity (which he fixed) and a cracked filling (which he fixed).

I trusted my original dentist to tell me if I had any other dental issues and he did not. I understand dentists can miss “a cavity,” or not see it yet, but to miss multiple cavities, especially one heading into root canal territory is reckless to someone’s dental health.

Dr. Feigenbaum did an excellent job listening to my concerns and explaining what could be done to help my teeth.

He allowed me to ask questions, took the time to explain the procedures, fixed my filling and also saved my other tooth from getting a root canal. I was able to see his work in step-by-step pictures.

After many years not going to dentists I ended up with 2 root canals. I pushed it off till my friend recommended me this wonderful dental group. People, this place is 1 of a kind! I never ever had a dentist that was sooo caring, gentle, and loyal to there patients. Every dr there is a gem!! I was treated by Dr Spector, Dr Barack and Dr Faber wow wow they're sooo caring... 1 by 1 they are kind and ready to answer all your questions and make sure your comfortable the entire time. Their assistant Alisa is so caring and always there with a helping hand. She herself is working really hard assisting the Dr in every way... The receptionist is Michelle and she's also phenomenal! She's kind, nice, and very sweet.... there's always a positive atmosphere being there. Eventhough sometimes twas a little delay it didn't affect me cause the patients always see a happy Dr... the technology is upgraded and the best I ever saw a dentist could have... doing a root canal was always a scary thing for me, But after doing it with this group my mindset changed and it's not scary anymore... I asked for 2 needles and it was 100% pain free... and best of all it was completely free!! A root canal free!! My fidelis insurance paid every $... wherever I go and whoever I meet I recommend this place cause everyone deserves a good dentist!! BTW they have more locations... call them for your best...

I just recently got dental insurance, so I haven’t been to a dentist in years and I was nervous. While I try to take care of my teeth, obviously you will never be able to catch all cavities and other issues like a dentist and their staff does. The hygienist/assistant Dennis (I hope that’s how you spell his name) was amazing and made the experience very pleasant and fun! I fully trust him to do any deep cleanings, laser treatments etc. I only saw the actual doctor for like 2 seconds, which - I guess - is a good sign 😄 so I honestly don’t have to say much about them.

Sylvia was great and explained what my insurance covers and what I’d have to pay out of pocket in detail, so there were no guessing games and I didn’t get sticker shocked! she was also able to schedule all my next appointments close to each other, so I don’t have to wait weeks or months to do my follow ups! I recommend this office to everyone who is looking for a dentist office that fosters a judgement...
