I have eaten pizza at the best places in the country, from New York City, Chicago, Boston to New Haven. I've lived here about a year and eaten pizza at every place in the area, and I'm not exaggerating when I tell you, this is the best pizza in the area by FAR. It's better than aniellios, it's better than atlas, it's better than Ricos, picnic, taninos, jerlandos, everything. The sauce is the best in the area, they generally provide you with a great crust, no flop(depends on your toppings) Super thin, with that dark undercarriage. I think their pepperoni is good for people who like to keep it basic, but I think their meatball stands out. I'd also like to preface, you want Sal to make your pizza. He does by far the best Job. He's the old guy who I believe owns the place with his brother, his hair is slicked back, he's always talking to customers making them feel welcome. My wife and I still try other places just to give them a fair shot but we always find ourselves coming back. Over the summer we were coming in for a slice at least once a week. As for the rest of the menu, I think the Italian food is all good, but it largely depends on what they are good at making. This isn't where I'd go for Alfredo, not that it's bad but but this place is very clearly known for their red sauce. I also recommend Their Meatball Sub and Philly Cheese Steak Sub. Both are phenomenal. They Make what I believe is Homemade bread and it slaps. Knots are great, French and onion soup is great, fish fry Friday is delicious, and in general just ask the waitress's what they recommend they know what they are talking about. 5 Stars from me Sal thank you!

Read moreDO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Ordered meals on 2 occasions. 1st order, no calamari in either 1 of the 2 seafood pasta dishes. They made attempt to fix by sending me fried calamari. Not to bad. 2nd order,, decided not to get pasta, but something easy like pizza from a pizza place. Was told 45 minutes for my delivery. 1 hour and 16 minutes later, I received my pizza, my pizza is cold and sausage only partially cook. Called them and explained the issue. Young lady on the phone is very helpful but the chef, who just happens to be the owners son, insisted that it was fully cooked. The sausage on my pizza was pink, slimey and smelly. But yet he says its fully cooked in the morning. Anyways, they agree to cook me another pizza with no toppings and refund my money spent on the toppings. I then receive my new pizza, but has toppings on the side in a container, but no refund for the toppings that the chef doesn't know how to cook. Delivery driver was kind enough to refund me out of his pocket and states things like this happen all the time. Terrible that a bright young kid has to pay out of his own pocket to assist a customer. Maybe the chef should go back to commercial foods at boces to learn how to cook pork, does not know how to cook or run a business. Worst food in Horseheads, possibly the state....
