Absolutely incredible experience here. 10/10 all around.
From the beginning any employee we encountered was friendly and attentive. We were seated quickly. The new location is really beautiful, clean and lots of tables (even outdoor seating in the back!) Service was fast and everything came out really quickly. We had a really sweet and great waitress who was very friendly and informative. The food was truly some of the best Greek we have ever had.
Today (Wednesdays) there is a Prix fixe menu for $25 that has a soup/salad, entree, dessert and coffee/tea. Great deal!
To start we both got the Greek salads.
I cannot stress how DELICIOUS these salads were. Honestly the best Greek salad we've ever had. We couldn't stop ranting and raving about how delicious the Greek salad was. I can't even describe it. JUST GET IT, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. Fresh ingredients. HUGE serving. Came with fresh warm pita
I ordered the moussaka with sauteed spinach and my father got the gyro platter (lamb and beef) with lemon potatoes. The gyro meat was delicious- so tender and flavorful and came with a side of tzatziki. My moussaka was perfectly cooked and layered, the bechamel had a nice sweet undertone and was creamy and flavorful. The eggplant was cooked to perfection and the meat was delicious.
By this time we finished we were SO full as we couldn't stop eating everything to completion I had to take my rice pudding dessert home. It's a giant serving and I had it later that day. Yum!!
We really had such a great meal here and the staff was so wonderful. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Read moreFinally, Long Island has an authentic Greek restaurant that not only has the most amazing food but an owner who is extremely engaged with his staff and guests.
Alex and his manager Christos are full of hospitality and made my first visit here the other day a memorable one.
Server, Maria is absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, professional, very knowledgeable about the menu and always smiling with a what more can I do for you attitude.
I came again the next day with my wife and had dinner that was perfection, mind you I visit Greece 2-3 times a year and can say with the utmost honesty that the food here is better than what I ate in Greece countless times. Presentation, quality, freshness and the assortment of dishes offered is wonderful. Oh and the dinner specials are something not to be overlooked!!!
The restaurant is clean, welcoming and even the host was extremely friendly and came over to ask how everything was going and if we were enjoying. The culture Alex has created within his restaurant is unique and appreciated, something that many restaurants nowadays are lacking or just don’t understand.
You will not be disappointed, go and try and be sure to order desserts because the desserts here are better than anything I ever had while vacationing in Greece. Items offered here can’t be found in the typical Long Island Greeks restaurants, frankly speaking most others I tried I wouldn’t even call a Greek restaurant.
Alex, Christos, and Maria keep being you and keep wowing guests with impeccable food, service and...
Read moreThe atmosphere was great, staff very friendly, and the dishes for the most part delicious. Large array of choices with an extensive menu. I had the beef and lamb gyro dinner with lemon chicken soup and lemon fries. It was great. Our friend ordered the tabbouleh which was not predominantly parsley which is what she was expecting so they took it off the check on their own. The tomatoes though were very tasty. All the salad ingredients were very fresh. The appetizer, chicken sticks, were excellent - full of flavor, soft, juicy, and tender. My wife had the falafals which were ok, a bit mushy, and I thought maybe slightly bitter aftertaste. The sauces that accompany then were very good. Our son had the turkey burger which looked delicious and the tomatoes nevertheless I tasted were great, the lettuce looked fresh. The French fries were very well done -not over salted, firm but not crispy yet a bit crunchy, and not very greasy. Oh - lest I forget, the pita bread were phenomenal! Warm, soft, and very tasty. We all nearly filled up with just the pita bread. Finally, their special dessert was very sweet but also excellent. Total came out to just over $100 including a shared dessert...
