Carvel — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

I would never go back here even though I live less than 4 minutes away from here. We had ordered ice cream on a cone, but it was too soft that they had to put it in a cup upside down. It was practically eating ice cream soup with an upside down cone. When I complained about it. They said it was still ice cream but with a cup and a cone. I told her I did not want it, and neither did my daughter. If the soft serve ice cream is too soft, that it can stay on a cone, then don't serve it. It actually had gotten out of hand arguing with the Asian store manager that we simply left the ice cream behind, and we did not pay for anything since we did not get anything. We will never go here.
