Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

I'm in this store 2 times a day since it opened. This location is close to work. Service is slow and has gotten worse. All the good staff have moved on. This seems to be a training ground for newbies. There is usually a line out the door. even with a short line, it has taken 20 plus minutes for 2 drinks. I have also gotten the wrong drink, even if it was properly marked on the cup, many times. On several occasions I've been told they have run out of milk, half and half and even white sugar. You are a coffee company right? How do you run out of the basic staples for selling coffee? Parking is unbearable even when there is no one in any of the stores. Employees possibly? This will be my last trip to this store. I will be boycotting all Starbucks for sometime as I've seen most stores service plummet. I'm willing to make my own coffee until this...

I rarely ever rate or comment on a business, but just had to. Today was my fourth time in the last 2 months my order has been either wrong or horribly made.

Twice they gave my co-worker her double dirty chai latte without and espresso in it. Twice they screwed up the cold foam on a cold brew and today completely made my maple latte wrong. It's not just a regular latte with maple syrup, it has cold foam and some autumn topping stuff.

Each time other than today I could have asked them to remake but I was already at work. I order them online so I don't have to spend time waiting for it.

There's just not enough staff during the busy times here and the staff that is handling online orders are not...

This place used to be my regular coffee/tea place from 3 years but lately due to a couple of baristas I do not get value for my money. I place an order or iced green tea matcha latte to go in advance to save time and pay $5 every day. But lately i have been receiving tea which is only half to 3/4th of the cup. I am not sure if it is deliberate or the baristas have no interest. There are a couple of baristas who are really good and take their job seriously but there are couple of other baristas who are exact opposite and have no interest in what they do. I am changing my Starbucks visit to a different location...
