Mystique Boutique NYC — Local services in Town of Huntington

I love mystique so I am SO SAD to be leaving this review. Mystique used to be one of my favorite places to shop but they still have not opened up their fitting rooms due to the pandemic. This seems like a huge money grab because this is not per the CDC or any state guideline.

Today, I went to Mystique with the knowledge that any clothes I purchased that did not fit or I did not like would have to be returned if I wanted my money back. When I got to the register I was informed that “all bodysuit sales are final” - this is not a clearance item or a discounted item, it is a popular style of women’s shirt/tops. I was shocked and said “but I can’t even try this on?” and all they said was it is their policy.

False advertising on tags and signs. Do not shop here!. I had an issue with the employee who called their manager "Anna" after she refused me a refund and also refused to give me the free item advertised on tags and signs. She immediately began blame shifting that the font should be bigger and pointing at signs that there are no refunds due to her mistake...I purchased two tops (same price) and was owed a free item. After telling them that I will take the store credit and filing a complaint (because they are breaking the law by doing this)... the woman who rang me up started laughing hysterically. I’ve been shopping here for years, and i don’t think I’ll be back after this. You can’t try anything on, so i bought a lot of stuff yesterday, then came back today to return it because nothing fit. They tried to give me $80 in singles. The man in charge was hiding in the back, watching these young girls working there struggling on the camera, when all i want to do is speak to him.
