Marvin Mozzeroni's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Town of Irondequoit

I ordered this pizza from India ( otherside of the world )This is one of the best pizzas ordering experices i had. I live in India and i wanted to treat my friends at Rochester with a small token of appreciation and after a long list of pizza hubs on the internet i landed on Marvins at Gates. They have varieties of pizza and loads of extra toppings. I placed the pizza online and payed using my debit card, it was hazzle free and their merchant bank accepted international cards. Not only that, i placed the order in IST ( indian standard time ) so i had to call the hub and inform them of the delivery time and also placed a note to my friends through them. Their Customer service and delivery was super friendly and it was sure worth the money!! My friends told me the pizza was good and it was delicious !! Kudos to the entire team and for all the lovely wondeful customer service and delivery teams....

Despite no other customers, the guys in the kitchen took several minutes before they came put to greet us at counter. We saw them through the opening, and they appeared to see us, they continued chatting with each other. This location now charges a surcharge for credit card purchases, and prices on menu are for cash, and may be outdated. The employee quoted us the menu price for a slice, then discovered it was a bit higher when he cashed us out through register. He apologized, shrugged and said they must have raised the prices. He also couldn't tell us how much more we'd be charged for credit, but guessed somewhere between 4 to 10%. The slices were tasty, as the food is consistently good, but even after putting them in the oven, they were lukewarm at best. I prefer my pizza hot so the cheese is stretchy and find their pies are often better...

I called west ridge road they answered said they were closed. I called culver the guy answered I said are you open he said you’re speaking to me aren’t you. I felt that was rude I just held my comment to myself because I’m pregnant and wanted pizza preferably from Mozzeroni’s. I told him I had a coupon he was very rude wouldn’t let me finish my sentence would cut me off while talking I told him I’d like half cheese half pepperoni he gave me all pepperoni and I’ve never seen half the dough come off the pizza when you hold like it wasn’t even done I’ve also better wings .. and to top it off me and my neighbor got sick af on the toilet for 5 days. I placed my order at 8pm he was calling me rushing me like I wasn’t gonna lick my order up I will never again go to that location in my eyes he’s a...
