This is an addition onto my original review of this place, but I had such a terrible experience going back again that I had to share this. I ordered a large drink with my order. Even heard the confirmation from the person on the intercom about it being a large paid for my normal order which was $18.76, which is the normal price for me getting my order with a large drink , I get up to the window and they hand me a medium, not a big deal from how it sounds but when I tried to ask about it the cashier gave me nothing but attitude and told me I was wrong and continued to argue with me about it instead of trying to fix the issue, never ended up getting a fix for the mistake and drove off with a sour taste in my mouth knowing that that person works there everyday. Probably giving everyone else the same attitude, I understand customer service is mentally draining and stressful but I shouldn't have to pay extra for that, once again, severely disappointed by the customer service and the overall atmosphere of this workplace. I'm deeply disappointed by the customer service of this place and I will be preaching to everyone I know to go to any other McDonald's besides this one since they seem to not care about their customers in the slightest. This place is a hit or miss, it's like taking a gamble at a lottery machine every time you order, because you never know if you got a place full of workers who take their job seriously, or workers who are just there to clock in and clock out. Sometimes I'll get my normal order, and it'll all be amazing, but other times I'm utterly disgusted by what I paid for. Sometimes the nuggets aren't cooked properly, I've gotten sick off their nuggets twice now. Sometimes they completely forget to put salt on a batch of fries, and other times they completely mess up which drink you ordered, every time I've asked for a correction on my order I've been met with angry faces and resentment to correct the mistake. Today I got my normal order, and the nuggets were so undercooked that they were flexible like rubber, they forgot my sauce, and they gave me the incorrect drink type, I genuinely enjoyed going to this place before, but now it feels like it's on a slow decline. (Tiny add on) Decided to go and see if the quality has changed at all, it hasn't. Ordered a 10 piece, got a 6 piece. Wanted bbq sauce, didn't get any. Ordered a McChicken with no mayo, got a McChicken that looks like one of the workers violated the poor thing in...
Read moreAfter arriving and seeing that they were still employees in the store I pulled up to the drive through before 11 pm. I noticed there were employees in the building working diligently. So I thought that they would get to me in a minute so I waited patiently for a cpl minutes. after 5 minutes in the lane had gone by I started to wonder, what's going on? the employees hadn't left yet no one told me that they had closed and there wasn't any indication they were closing. I must have waited 15 minutes with my window open in sub zero condition expecting to have some on promptly tell me what I would like or what was going on. frustrated I left well before closing only to see more customers pull up and later those same employees assist the other individuals who pulled up behind me when I was at their competitors next door. I really wouldn't have posted this but the staff there the following day just told me that they close around that time and that there was nothing they could do other than manage their associates better in the future, after I had asked to speak with the store manager who was...
