Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Irondequoit

I work at Tim Hortons not this location but another location and it really shouldn’t be this hard to place an order and mess up this bad. I went through the drive-thru and asked for two Egg Farmer’s Wraps. I understand it can be tricky to hear through the speaker, so I made sure to speak up — even raised my voice a bit — but the staff still seemed to have a really hard time understanding me. At one point, I was even asked if I wanted a dark roast, which isn’t relatively close to a farmers wraps.

After finally getting my order in, I ended up waiting about 10 minutes in line, which felt unusually long, especially since I also work for the same company and know it shouldn’t take that much time. When I finally got my food, I noticed there was bacon in the wrap, even though I specifically asked for just egg and cheese. Luckily, I don’t have any allergies, but if I did, that could’ve been a serious issue. The POS clearly showed “egg wrap,” not “bacon Farmer’s Wrap,” so it was definitely an order mistake.

That said, the food itself was good — I did enjoy it — but the bacon kind of threw it off. Overall, the service and order accuracy definitely need improvement, but the food...

I have no idea how this place is even open. Not one person said hello. Just stared at us. After waiting 15mins to order. I believe the person in charge came over with an attitude. Walked away as she asked us what we wanted. There was no sorry for the wait. Nothing, I felt like we were an inconvenience. As we waited for the order. Several ppl walked out. Staff was on the phone in her ear asking Siri to call who ever. After touching the earbud. She continued making food. Washing hands didn’t happen with none of them. They would grab money and then go touch donuts. There gloves were absolutely horrible! Unprofessional is an understatement with the conversation they were having. Definitely not work appropriate! After getting our food. It was wrong! The coffee, my loaded burrito. Then they put all the burnt eggs on the bagel. The egg was so small. I thought it was cheese. Then I found a piece of plastic in my burrito. Never again! This place needs to be just shut down for good or actually have new...

Horrible customer service. ....I go to this place every morning because I live up the street there always rushing us out the drive thru. .there always messing up are coffee. ..and they always forget my food ...I came this morning told them they forgot my hash brown yesterday morning and the lady said we don't even have any with an attitude. ...there always rude to us rushing us and they mess up are order all the time the lady that took are payment snatched the card out my boyfriend's hand my boyfriend got very upset and told them that they run around like f** cockroaches rushing us out the drive thru and I was messing up our order in the lady didn't like it so she took her ear piece off and swung it at my boyfriend I'm telling you half of the people in here and needs to be fired it's insane I'm trying to find the corporate office number on their website and I'm not...
