Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Irondequoit

The barista didnt pay any mind to me and my girls was there while she’s gossiping to her friend until i cought her attention and with an attitude instead of saying hello or im sorry she says it with a tone what would you like, so I corrected her and said well hello, i would like.... she couldn’t remember my order and instead of speaking up and clear, she whispers. I was disappointed because I went and placed an order for a vanilla bean. Frap with Ginger bread and caramel drizzle. I got my drink and there was no caramel drizzle on my cup only at the top of the whipped cream. And the person who made my drink acted like they didn't want to remake my drink. So I went to the starbucks in target in Irondequoit and they remade my drink with no problem thank you Shakeem and Alisia at the OTHER STARBUCKS IN TARGET...

It honestly just depends who is working - there is one guy who I see frequently wearing a red shirt working and he never makes my drinks right to the point where i ask for a refund. On the other hand, the few younger girls here do a great job and are super welcoming. If anything, I do ask there to be more than one barista working at once... the line tends to get long and although I try to come here daily, I don’t want to be...
