I live in the area so I buy here because it’s closest to home. On Three separate occasions I have had errors with my food first two were the chicken; once was under cooked and the other absurdly over cooked. I called complained and NEVER ASKED FOR FREE FOOD OR MONEY BACK. Third time today 5/19/22 we order pizza for our daughters and our in-laws and ourselves (my wife and I) and the pizza dough was PAPER THIN. I call “Aisha” answers I request a manager or supervisor and “Daniel” answers I explain we are a long time buyer there at least 4 years and recently we have been getting mistake after mistake. I explain the pizza being paper thin and tell him at what point will these errors be fixed because I mean I like shopping here it’s near home and the food WAS good once upon a time and the food here is NOT cheap. You expect quality for the price, he says he can offer credit I tell him it’s not my sole purpose I really wanted my food to be on par with its price so than I decide to entertain his offer and he states they can only offer PARTIAL credit. The whole pizza was trash and not partial of the pizza. We all held off from eating anything else to have Salvatore’s for dinner that is the only reason I didn’t drive back to take the food back to the store. Mr. Daniel stated you could ask to have a manager make you pizza my name is Daniel and if I’m available ask for me to make your food. I stated does everyone who wants to eat quality food have to ask for you to make them their food? And he laughed. I admit he was nice and wasn’t mean or belligerent but this is not ideal.

I ordered ONCE because I moved closer in town to this one and I will NEVER order again, I’ll take the extra 4 mins drive and go to the Salvatores on East Ridge and Hollenbeck. Manager MIKE is the first UNPROFESSIONAL manager I’ve ever encountered. UNREALISTIC method of solving an issue. States, “you must bring back food” for refunds or fixes. I showed him this picture that displayed the time I ate the sub @11PM and he states I should of called the store. The store closed at 10PM and I’m eating my sub at 11PM after a long shift. I came to the store the next day to show MIKE the pictures of my food night before and he goes “You had to call us” I proceed to explain I ate my sub at 11pm which I showed pictured evidence he says “I don’t go based off pictures, you had to bring me the sub” Excuse me? So your telling me I couldn’t eat the night before to bring you an old sub and complain? Then proceeded to get loud with me on how he couldn’t do anything.
Gave me attitude from the beggining, offered nothing to solve the issue, got loud with me in front of his employee, did nothing to put himself in my spot. Message to Mike, if being a Manager is too much of a position for you, step down. Managers solve issues, not create a bigger issue. I have never left a bad review for a restaurant.
