This Starbucks is went inside to get two drinks and two cookies at 10:08 am i waited patiently while I watched 20 or more vehicles get served as I continued to wait when it was 10:32 I started asking as on of my drinks had been sitting for about ten minutes turning to crap so I asked whats going on i ordered almost 30 minutes ago and my one drink is being ruined she gave me angry attitude telling me I can just have my money back like go away how dare I be mad at this horrible service worst I have ever come across yelling at me how I should just leave if im gonna be upset SMH completely disgusted manager is a a rude unprofessional person and should be fired making people wait 30 plus minutes inside while you only do well with people in the tldruve thru SMH I will be telling everyone I know about this experience and to never go there ever anywhere us better then this place ran only by women think that has something to do...
Read moreThis is the slowest location I've ever been to, which is saying something. I placed a mobile order at 7:10am while getting ready for work. I arrived later than the pickup time. I stood there for 20 minutes. Finally at 7:50am I asked if they were close to my drink. I was told it would be another 20 minutes at least. At this point, I'm going to be late for work, so I asked for a refund. I then had to wait on line at the register and got a bit of an attitude. On top of that, the cashier called me Allison. As a full grown man, beard and all, do I look like an Allison? Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but coupled with the attitude, it made me a little mad.
I have worked service industry jobs all my life. I understand how crazy it can get. Perhaps management needs to staff more appropriately during mornings to help the staff out.

They should better understand their surroundings with multiple medical centers high schools and other businesses that bring many people to this location. The wait today was 20 minutes to get a simple cold brew. If you order in person at the counter you shouldn’t have to wait for them to fill online/app orders. This should be done by a separate staff member or prioritized over the mobile pickups. They need to staff this location better, especially during busy hours. The seating in this store is limited and uncomfortable. It is not a location to go sit and do work in because hordes of other patrons will be standing around waiting for their orders. The staff is generally friendly and it is not their fault. They are just extremely understaffed...
