All it takes is a bad experience from a bad employee to ruin the rating of an entire store.. Some people I can forgive, if you mess up fine its understandable people make mistakes, but when you make a mistake and openly admit it but refuse to correct your mistake then I refuse to give a good rating cause its a reflection on how the owner(s) or managers train their staff. I like the bagels in this shop but I never seem to get good service when I go in there its never consistent.
Once again I understand the place gets busy and customer service can go a bit light when everyone is stressed out but when I was just in there (while it was slow) the employee who once screwed up my order in the past has once again screwed up my order again and forgot to put items I paid for in the bag once again. when i got back to my job I called him to see if he could send someone to me with the remainder of items i paid for cause I could no longer leave my job for lunch. My lunch period was up. He said well I have no car and the other person here walked to work so I guess you are S.O.L. then hung up on me.. nough said I will never go back there again. So sad that they don't do employee evaluations there to weed out all the disgruntled employees.. the great product they sell has to suffer due to lack of management and lack of happy employees. Read moreAbsolutely horrible service from this place. I ordered through Uber eats from here and they messed up my order and did nothing to correct the issue. I ordered a bagel egg special that comes with coffee and a side order for the sausage.
The quality of the food was subpar. The sausage patty was cold like it had been sitting for a while. The bagel was alright nothing great about it. But they forgot my coffee even though it comes with the order.
I called to get it fixed and the first time I called the girl who answered hung up on me after placing me on hold. I called again she put a Matt on the line who said I need to take it up with Uber. He did nothing to fix the problem just passed the buck. Even though they were the ones who forgot to pack it. They have it on their receipt that it should have been added. In addition they have a note stating if the order is wrong they guarantee to fix it.
I received no help. They did not apologize.
Bottom line I will not order from here again. It's not worth the hassle they don't even live up to...

Waited on long mother's day line and when I presented the coupon I was told they would not honor it. I inquired as to why as there is no exclusions on the coupon and was told just not going to honor it because it is a holiday. Now I understand if that is the policy but it should be written somewhere and if not either honor the coupon or at least "nicely" offer something else. How about another coupon for another day or an I am sorry. I got neither other than a rude man, claims to be the owner , who was only interested in taking my money and getting the next persons.
