Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Cashier was extremely unprofessional, redish hair ponytail. I Used to like to go in here to sit down and relax after work..... went to pay and I used a $2 bill the cashier looked puzzled, so i was just trying to goof around so I said it's real I just made it today. She said to me how do you know that it's real? Where I work I have access to a machine that checks for fake money..... she still looked confused, and used one of those markers which i completely understand especially in today's world. But a $2 bill? And I was in my uniform with an ID badge and show up every Monday and Wednesday night for the past 3 months and order the same thing? I just asked her had she ever seen a $2 bill before because some people haven't. She just was being rude and says well here's your change she doesn't know she just works at Starbucks, I asked if she wanted my name as they do for every order and she said no see you at the end of the line thanks bye. Then went off and snickered to another employee and I was standing right there and the other employee looked at me and started laughing. I will never go back to this location I felt so uncomfortable. I wasn't trying to be a Wiseguy I just asked a simple question if she had ever seen one before. I work for the public too, she should have waited until I left the premises if she wanted to bash or...

I have been stuck at home with my newborn and 5 year old and I needed to venture out for some real caffeine. I didn’t have a coffee machine in the house so I went to the drive through as my k cup brewer was arriving in a few days. We just moved in and I have no mugs or anything. In the drive through I ordered my coffee for the next few days ( Black venti) and also asked for a mug so I can have coffee at home. The girl working the window asked what kind and I just told her to pick her favorite one and I would purchase it. This sweet soul picked out four mugs for me to choose from. I Am so grateful for her kindness as this is one of the few moments I have gotten out of the house. All the girls are incredibly sweet and even though there was a line they took their time to make sure orders were right and everyone was taken care of. It is one of the few social interactions I’ve had outside of my home....

I ordered frappes today, s’mores and one mocha cookie crumble. First of all, the S’mores frappe they gave did not contain coffee in it. The cashier did not ask whether I wanted coffee or not. The other mocha cookie crumble frappe first came out as a hot mocha coffee, and I asked the lady if that’s mine and she said yes, but I ordered a frappe, then she made me a regular mocha frappe after I even pointed to the poster they had on display of the new frappes, I asked her if that was the mocha cookie crumble frappe and where the cookie part was? She said I did not tell her ?! But I told the cashier already when I paid!! The mocha frappe I ended up with had a sour taste, like the milk or something expired. At the same time, another customer came in and returned their drink because she said the milk was bad. Thats when I stopped drinking it and threw it away. Not a...
