Bang Bang Burritos — Restaurant in Town of Islip

As an owner of multiple businesses, I NEVER write reviews. Unless it’s an absolutely stellar experience and well deserved. Besides the fact the have the absolute best shrimp and steak burrito with brown rice (for those of you that are healthy)- I walked in with my two toddlers to pick up. The restaurant accidentally switched my order with someone else’s. The restaurant called me when I was almost back home in Sayville (my boys do Karate next door). They immediately notified me of the error before I found out, and insisted making it right. Not only did they insist on driving to the Sayville area to give me what I originally ordered- they let me keep the food I got, plus gave me a second burrito for free, and churros for my boys. This review was written not only for an amazing burrito- but the service. Modern days it’s hard enough for a business to care about taking your order, let alone going above and beyond. The nachos were soggy and there were barely any chips in them. It turned into mush when I picked it up. I live right across the street.

I ordered a buffalo chicken burrito. I asked for the chicken to be crispy instead of grilled because I don't like the grilled chicken they use in their burritos. When I picked it up I even asked if they used chicken tenders. The girl told me yes. Im not going to open my burrito at the store to confirm. This place is truly unbelievable. I come here a couple times a week. Every time I leave the service blows me away. Tonight I accidentally added the wrong beans to my burrito. They had a feeling it wasn't right and made me a whole new burrito without even a question. The food is the best and the services are the best. Everyone is always so kind. As a small business owner myself I try to practice these values. You Don't see this kind of service at all anymore. Keep up the great work! I love this...
