Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Islip

I wish it didn’t have to come to this but the same error has occurred multiple times at this point. I order from here at least once every two weeks, and I keep having issues with my order. I substitute the meats in my orders usually as most of my family are vegetarian by religious vow. Time and again this Taco Bell has fed my vegetarian family meat instead of beans even when I made sure with the cashier that my order substitutions were followed. More recently I sometimes don’t even get my full order. I’m tired of having to back again and again to either correct my order or ask for missing food. This is getting ridiculous at this point. I’ve even had times where I go in and give my name for the order or I tell them what order I placed through the app and they ask me to show them the screen for my order. I show them the barcode to scan and usually it’s the same employee who snaps at me and says to show her the order itself and not the barcode that they can scan to check. EDIT: We have gone back a handful of times in the past 3 months to order fresco style, and the items have been coming out with cheese on them despite us specifically indicating the milk allergy. We thought we had confidence to have safe food options for a child with allergies, but they keep putting dairy where we've specifically asked for it not to be. For this reason, I've altered my review. Very disappointing to keep having a kid feel alienated by their allergy when the fresco options are supposed to accommodate it. Original review: I gave a complex order for my family including some items fresco style and in a separate bag due to a milk allergy, along with requesting no tomatoes on one of the items, and several other items straight off the menu. Place is dirty and the people don't know what a vegan is, what dairy is, or even the difference between unhealthy foods (animal products) and healthy foods. They even lied and said they can't make a replacement again because they already made a replacement so I told them "then I'll eat it and then when I end up in the hospital I'll send your company the hospital bill". We had explained that I had severe allergies toward unhealthy and unnatural foods like animal products, dairy etc... so he quickly ran and made a fresh one.
