Walking home from the store we decided to to a Carry-0ut order. Arrived home ready to eat only to open the box to very burnt think crust and slightly burnt tots. Called the store to complain after being on hold for 8 min I was disconnected, called back after 8 min on hold I spoke with the manger who said it was my fault because I ordered the thin crust and hung up on me. I took by burnt pizza and went back to the store, the manger asked what I wanted so I opened the box and asked him if he would serve this to his family . Others in the store agreed the pizza was definitely burned but the manager insisted it was because I ordered the thin crust. After a few exchange of words he said he would make me a new pizza. I no longer wanted anything from this location but a refund. With an attitude I received my refund and I also had to demand a receipt as proof the charge would go...
   Read moreTerrible service , I would not recommend this location if you are trying to eat a small dinner after work , my food was made in the most absurd way possible the workers seemed not even able to aknowledge my presence as well not even greet me , very ridiculous if you ask me I worked in customer service as well before but this is outrageous and very un proffesional work environment clearly they need more staff and better supervisors my food came out unsliced uneven and all smushed together as if if they just threw it in a box 📦, if you want to order pizza get it from a different pizza service or better franchise of a restaurant or food industry as well .    Read moreReally upset and disappointed. We ordered an extravaganza pizza which is just meat and veggies. Got it delivered. Went to eat it and found pineapple in the pizza. This wouldn't of been an issue but my fiance is ALLERGIC to pineapple. I called 6 times to the store location. I got HUNG UP on all 6 times. I did not want another pizza because I was afraid they would mess it up again. I wanted a refund. I called the customer service line, went to social media and attempted to get the franchise owner. Not a single person has reached out. Needless to say, I will not be ordering ever again. If my fiance ate that pizza, he would of needed to go to the emergency room.
