Omg if I could give this place ZERO stars I would but unfortunately a minimum of 1 star is required. Last week I placed an order for a medium cheese pie & an order of bread twists. What I received instead was a burnt barely there crust sorriest excuse for a pie I have ever seen. I might as well have order cardboard. That’s not all the bread twists looked like deflated stiff pretzels 🥨 doused in so much oil that it had seeped all the way through the bottom of the box completely soaking the top of the pizza box which was underneath. I could tell the delivery boy was embarrassed when he handed me my order. I practically forced myself to at least try 1 slice ( the bread twists were a lost cause 🤢). Needless to say they both went straight to the trash. I contacted Domino’s via the app and they offered to comp my next pie ( Yeah I know not my brightest moment). Well today I decided to use the points/credit & give it another try, only this time I would call the store directly immediately after placing the order & just fill them in on my experience the week prior and ask that they try to avoid the same outcome. Reasonable right? I thought so. Apparently, not. First I spoke with Emma the “assistant manager”(according to her that is) despite my initially & specifically having requested politely to speak with the Manager Ehab (from the Holbrook location) some words were exchanged & when I insisted to speak with him rather than going back & forth with her…she responds by saying “Fine Whatever” with an attitude that can only be compared to that of a Petulant child & abruptly places me on hold. Finally, the Holbrook manager gets on the phone and I explain my predicament hoping that He (AS THE MANAGER ) would not only sympathize but would also Lead by example and simply provide me with the reassurance I was looking for…after all I’m only asking that they demonstrate BASIC Customer Service skills and at the very least ATTEMPT to make the food somewhat resemble the food as advertised. To my disbelief & awe … he responds by telling me that they can’t make the food look like the pictures!!! I was like “wait WHAT..you did NOT just really say that” I couldn’t believe it. I was in utter disbelief. WHAT A FREAKING JOKE !!!
In the end, Ehab and I also had a back & forth but he was even more rude than the girl…continuously interrupting me and purposely trying to cut me off which only served to further aggravate me. Finally, when it reached the point where he started shouting at me & over me … I’d had it! I was so fed up and frustrated beyond belief, I no longer wanted anything from them…so NOT worth the aggravation so I disconnected the call. Needless to say I will be contacting corporate headquarters and will absolutely without a doubt see to it that an official complaint is filed against him. Under any other circumstances I wouldn’t even bother wasting my time, but for him I’ll make an exception. There needs to be some type of accountability here…then maybe next time he’ll think twice before treating a paying customer as if he were in the middle of some trashy personal domestic dispute. So unprofessional.

Read moreThe only reason i could think is that this location may possibly be under-staffed or under-trained. Unfortunetly the past 5-6 times ive had them deliver it takes roughly an hour and a half. Im not ordering any special blend sauce or anything just a medium pie or two and cheesy bread. The tracker app helps us see when the pizza will get to us. First it finally says meghan is quality checking your order .. than it says its on its way. After 45 minutes i checked again and it says my order just went into the oven. Tracker is unpredictable
This time bothered me a bit. I paid with a card so i assume i have to sign for it.. while he was at my door and hand gestured and said "i'll sign the reciept?" He told me "dont worry about it.."
Wait dont worry about what???!
I responded "no im gonna sign for it ill get my pen" And he pulled this crumbled up little reciept from his pocket and handsd it to me.
I signed, marked the tip area and wrote the total price.

After speaking with james with ehan the manager listening in to the conversation I was told they would send another pizza to me and when I asked what they wanted me to do with the original pizza I was told I dont care what you do with it. A little unprofessional the attitude I got but thats okay. After waiting 40 minutes on the pizza I was originally supposed to get I called up a second time to check up on the order. James answered the phone and said its almost on its way. He also wanted to let me know that they want the old pizza back now.
