Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Islip

So there's an employee there that when I went in to order I needed to use the ladies room and she spent about 20 minutes in there in front of the mirror. I asked her twice if she was almost done as the first time the door was locked so I knocked and waited my turn, after ordering my food I went back to the bathroom and open the door and she still there in front of the mirror and said I locked it why is it opening, I asked are you almost done? She RUDELY TOLD ME ARE YOU TIMING ME I SPEND 5 HRS STANDING IM IN HERE YOU NEED TO WAIT with a nasty face . I said I'm a customer who needs to use the ladies room and she again told me I need to wait. I proceeded to the counter and told her boss she was disrespectful and standing in front of mirror knowing a customer needs the ladies room she ran out and yelled *your just rude and continued arguing as I shut the door to the bathroom. This was today Saturday morning 9am 7/29/23. Very nasty rude disrespectful and she's very lucky she doesn't work for me Id fire her on the spot. Never ever treat a customer badly. Next time I go in, if she's there I will absolutely walk out and go to another DD. 5 hrs she said she stands lol try standing 10 to 12 in the heat and complain, you have no idea you rude...

Absolutely disgusting! I'm not a big restaurant/ going out type of person but occasionally I'll get some eggs while out. I walked in and the young lady was fine but her male co-worker was wiping his hands all over his nose and the girl asked if he wanted to make my order. UM,I DONT THINK SO!!! WHERE ARE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES WRITTEN? SOMEONE MUST HAVE BEEN ABSENT DURING THE TRAINING. I think even without training, one should know how to keep his/ her disgusting habits out of the work environment. My friend and I placed an order in this store for two sandwiches and an avocado toast, we also ordered two coffees and manganada which is a new drink. We waited no less than 30 minutes and were served our now cold coffee and the mango drink. The whole staff has the worst attitude that I have ever encountered in a place of business . We finally got in the car to leave and my friends box which contained the avocado toast was broken and her toast fell out in the car. She also tasted her manganada and it was awful and sprinkled with a very hot spice. She brought it back in and asked for a refund they absolutely refused and wouldn’t even look at her.
