Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Islip

The woman Shampa refused to give me butter for my egg sandwich. She said it would cost $.30. I told her I never had to pay for condiments before n wasn't going to start now. She said I had to have it put on before not afterwards. What the hell is the difference. I like to put on my own butter b/c sometimes people put on too much or to little. I should be the one not them. What kind of nonsense is this. So it's free if she does it but not if I do it. That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I know in Ireland u pay for condiments but this is America n we don't pay for that here. I don't care how little it was it's the principal now. Totally ridiculously. By the way a young man went to get it for me but she wouldn't allow him to. This is the 2nd time I had to deal with issues with this location. A year ago I order a sundae with no peanuts (my daughter is highly allergic) n the woman (different one) put them on anyway. When I said something, her answer was to just scoop them off. Seriously. Do these people know how life threatening that could have been. My son goes there almost every day to get egg sandwiches. After this I told him forget it. They truly don't care about their customers. We will be shopping somewhere else. What a shame. I've been going to them for over 30...

Ive never been one to write a bad review but i honestly had such an uncomfortable experience at this place. I have been going to this dunkin for almost 4 years because i love that it is open 24 hours and the women who works at night is very polite! But the other night i went in to get icecream (it was a different woman then usual) and politely asked her to rinse the icecream scooper because i have a severe allergy to peanuts. She quickly came at me with an attitude and told me she rinses the scooper in the water with all the other scoopers that are not clean?? she refused to rinse the scooper in the sink 1 foot behind her for me and in all honesty just made me feel very uncomfortable. Ive never in my life had anyone refuse to rinse a scooper for a customer...

There were 3 workers and 2 other customers in the store. I got there at 625 am and left at 640 am. It took 15 minutes to get 1 cup of coffee. There was zero sense of urgency to get the customers out of there. When I finally got my coffee I turned around and there was 4 people behind me and the 2 people they had previously helped came back in to complain about there drinks. I only got a hot coffee and I even told them to keep the change because I knew it would probably take another 10 minutes for them to get me my change. Oh f u are busy h are busy I expect to wait. But when I originally got there there was 1 customer waiting an her drink and 1 at the register. Zero...
