First time doing business with this company as a former loyal Zales customer and the service was amazing and the staff were absolutely incredible, knowledgeable and very professional with the customer service experience. As a result of many prior escalations with Zales, I made the decision to change venues and explore what options were available for clientele that would be professional, efficient and above all, truly kind.

Retail is a very high stress environment and the experience I had with Kay was absolutely refreshing and enjoyable!

I specifically worked with Michelle at the Bay Shore location (an employee who is a manager in training) and she made the entire effortless and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and she is a very valuable asset to her company.

10/10 will be doing business with Kay Jewelers from here on out. I was apprehensive about the possibility of switching from Zales, but this was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences I’ve had with this particular industry. Normally it’s a bit stressful but for the first time I have had a pleasant and enjoyable experience with Kay Jewelers.

Absolutely Amazing experience at Kay’s in Bay Shore Westfield Mall. From the very first moment I went into the Store I was quickly & efficiently attended/assisted. I had a repair done on my Wife’s Ring which was taken care of perfectly. I want to especially gives special Recognition to Nancy who helped me from the very beginning to the very end. Also for assisting me to purchase another Ring for my Wife for her Birthday. Nancy did an amazing job I also want to give a special recognition to Nelly & Sal who provided every effort to make my experience memorable. When I tell you I LOVE this place it is an understatement!! I always work with Sal and he has helped us more than words can describe. My fiancé bought my wedding band, customized my fiancés engagement ring and wedding band, made my custom necklace, and bought a few pieces. Everything looked so nice and with the warranty offered it made me secure about what I was purchasing and that god forbid anything happened it is covered. I honestly love working with Sal. He never makes you feel pressured to buy anything, will give you quotes on everything, and will do absolutely anything and everything for you to be happy (and excited lol) with everything you purchase!!
