My friends and I stopped by for the first time and absolutely loved it! The coffee was amazing, the space inside is super cute and cozy. The girl working was so sweet! she helped us navigate the large menu as we weren’t 100% sure of what we wanted and how to order. We’re starting school nearby in the fall and will definitely be coming more often. Highly recommend this place!

Took over Cool Beans next door to post office. Although we stopped in for coffee, there is a huge selection (lactose free too) of ice cream. Very friendly staff, coffer was good as well. Nice change up from the big place..

I really love the coffee here. So much so that I travel from Melville area to get it. I usually get the boxes of their iced coffee and stick em in the fridge, it saves me so much money not stopping & buying every day. I get out of work at 4 and I called the sayville location phone number listed on Google. Busy signal over and over again. So I messaged them on social media, no response. I found another number on their website and called, sure enough it was sayville luckily. I called on Wednesday for Thursday asking the hours, they said 5pm on Thursdays. Just to ensure, I called 3 TIMES on Thursday to make sure bc this is not the first time this has happened, hence why I called. All 3 times they said we'll be open til 5. I rushed out of work and 40 min away is no small feat. Got there at 4:26 to find door locked, lights off and no cars. I was beyond upset and generally annoyed considering I made sure to call numerous times. No staff, I understand, kids wanting to leave their jobs early during summer....I understand. But it's not right to not honor the hours you say over the phone regardless of if there's no customers in your last hour. I guess I'll be driving 40 min out to Merrick from now on. Very disappointing for such good coffee. Another time worth mentioning, I had gotten a box and the only kid there was a young boy, said it was his first few days.....handling the register mind you, didn't know how to fill the box, had no idea what it was on the computer which took time too, struggled for about 20 min and I had other things in my hand so didn't realize until I got home that night, that the box was only half way filled bc he wasn't TRAINED properly and left alone (with a register full of cash and not knowing the computer fully, I felt bad for him honestly.) I had to go back the next day and have them fill it up to my...

Honestly suprised with the amount of positive reviews! The staff seemed to be very new and it seemed no manager/supervisor was present. Girls couldn’t remember orders, toppings, and how to prepare things. I got a brownie sundae where she proceeded to ask her coworker how long it was supposed to be heated up, she then absolutely nuked it to the point where when I sat down to eat it, it burned through the plastic container and left a big mess on the table. Some of it so burnt it was inedible. She also had trouble with the register, almost upcharging me 2.50$ more for my order. I saw that other customers were also frustrated with the service. I wish I could come here more often due to it being such a convenient location but I can’t say I will be back. No hate to the two workers they seemed very nice,...

Great Ice cream, coffee and LOVED that you guys had egg nog lattes during the holiday!!!!!! My only word of advice from buisness owner to buisness owner is once the summer is over, your better off opening later afternoon and staying open until at least 9pm if you want to cut hours. The closing at 4pm won't bring you buisness. People are working during the day and kids are in school. Even in the winter, people are looking for ice cream, hot lattes after dinner, after sports, recitals etc. Also good to have a 2 for Tuesday or something and be open til 10 year round. You will always have a line out the door!! Btw....I am a repeat costumer, just want to...
