Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Islip

This starbucks is phenomenal. I have been here many times in the past several months, they always get my drink right and they do it with a smile. It has become my preferred starbucks. It's the only starbucks that knows what "no foam and no room" means, filling it to the top every time! The staff on every shift is happy, friendly, and courteous. They work well together and help each other prepare orders in a consistent and dependable way. They are ALWAYS positive. They are very knowledgeable and know what to recommend depending on your mood.

The store is always clean and neat with plenty of room to set up an office or school table.

Parking is better than most starbucks locations and affords room to pull in and out of spaces closest to the entrance even when customers are lined up in the drive-thru. There is additional parking in the lot for the other stores if you prefer to walk from the parking lot.

There are two doors to enter from each side of the store for your convenience.

amazing service!!! when i placed my order and they where out of matcha, the employ taking my order sadly informed that they where currently out of matcha green tea, which happens to my all time favorite beverage. then when they were then out of peach green tea, i have to admit i was upset but her postive attidue really improved my mood, little did i know that my next request of guava passion fruit, would also be to no avail. i then had to give up hope and allow the sweet lady to surprise me with my order, because i literally like the entire menu anyway. when we got to the window the employee was again sweet as heck, and might i say cute as a button. she gave us 2 freaking coupons. because she knew i came there for matcha. and i couldn’t get that matcha that i was thinking about all day. that i had to settle for my 4th choice. anyway even tho they where out of the best drink on the menu, i still had a amazing...

One Star – Beyond Disappointing

If you’re looking for a Starbucks that doesn’t have basic ingredients and takes an eternity to make a simple drink, this is the one. No pistachio syrup. No lavender powder. None of the seasonal or specialty ingredients that make Starbucks remotely worth the price. When asked about it, the staff just shrug as if it’s normal.

But what’s worse is the wait time. Even when the café is half-empty, drinks take an unreasonably long time to come out—often lukewarm, often wrong. This location seems to specialize in delay and disorganization. It’s almost impressive how inefficient it is.

For a brand built on consistency, this Starbucks misses the mark entirely. Skip it unless you enjoy paying premium prices for missing ingredients and...
