Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Islip

Merlick was very rude and nasty. At the drive thru my friend told him he didn't want any ice in the drink. He gives him a drink with ice. When he tells him he didn't want ice in the drink he grabbed the drink out his hand and made us wait a long time till he gave him a new drink. He did other people's order first. Then ours last. I go back because I had forgetten sour cream. There was a long line inside. Seems like no one was getting helped. No one came over to assist the customers. I was inside for about 10 minutes till merlikc came to the front. He was rude to everyone. I had to TRY and get his attention. He looked at me and walked away. I waited another 5 minutes till he came around. He was telling everyone you need to wait and he put his hand up to a man. I asked him again for sour cream, but he didn't give it to me. If I could give no stars I would. Been to this location 3 times and they always mess up the orders or give horrible quality food for example like 3 pieces of chicken on a chalupa or when ordering special requests they don’t stop and read it to give good quality food. Some of these workers are sloppy as well and don’t care for how the food looks when giving to the customers. In addition, they don’t make the food warm enough and when placing it online they forget the condiments ALLL THE DAMN time not just from my experience but from people I know as well that have come here. I am officially giving up here and going to other locations in neighboring towns and hope someone finds this review helpful ! Very disappointed. Was really looking forward to having their breakfast. The time was 10:56am when I pulled up to order, I was under the impression they stop serving breakfast at 11am. The breakfast menu was also still up while I was ordering. The employee asked what they could get started for me. I said “Can I please have the breakfast Crunchwrap” she said “Okay, which one” I said “The one with sausage, they come with sausage right?” She then said “yeah… we’re not serving breakfast anymore” I said “Oh, but the breakfast menu is still up” she continued “uh-huh”.
