I’ve been going to Sal’s Lounge for about twenty years now and they have some of the best wings I’ve ever had. Not only that, but they are consistently amazing every single time. If you’ve never been there, stop reading this, get in your car, drive there immediately and have their wings. The medium is incredible, medium hot is incredible, the garlic parm wings are incredible. They make a damned good Beef On Weck too. My son and I got 20 wings Medium Hot today and 10 Vinegar. However they make them, however they bread them, it’s magic. The owner and the patrons are always super-friendly and their pricing is suprisingly lower than anyone else. We got 30 wings for $45! Bravo, Sal’s. Please don’t ever change. Nice, little neighborhood (literal) bar. This place is smack dab in the middle of a residential street and I think it's fantastic, haha. Went on the recommendation of my mechanic and got the boneless wings with housenade BBQ sauce ($7) and a beer. The boneless wing pieces were big and juicy and the house sauce had a nice tangy flavor to it.

Chicken wings are pricey everywhere these days, Sal's even a little more so but they are absolutely worth it. Their medium wings are not like a traditional buffalo wing. They have a crumbly coating and a bit of sweetness to the sauce, but the perfect amount of spice and they haven't changed in the 40+ years that I have been getting them there in spite of changing ownership Sal passed away.
