Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Lewiston

Went in for the BOGO coffee offer. Ordered at the counter since I was done with my shopping, 2 lattes and purchased a bag of coffee beans. When I checked my receipt it showed I was charged for both lattes, and when I questioned this, the clerk said that her manager told her that the offer does not work for walk ups, and for me to contact customer service. WHAT? Contacted CS via chat and was told that because I bought a bag of coffee beans I didnt qualify for the BOGO. WHAT? Called the CS number and explained this again, after 20 minutes was offered a $7 credit. This is the second time I have had payment issues at this location, with the same clerk.
