Christmas Eve 6:20 PM 650 rte 9w, highland ny 12528 I was the only car in the drive through so I decided to use my mobile app. The representative came on the intercom and asked if I was using the mobile app .I replied yes and asked if she saw it. She replied rudely that she needed a code which I was about to give her before she took a rude tone. I asked her for her name because I was coming in to speak the the Manager she said she did not feel comfortable giving Mr her name. She then informed me ther did not have the additional frappes that I ordered I then asked was she going to refund me for them she rudely said just go to the next window. I then parked and went into the store. I asked for the manager who was spinning her verbal wheels informing me that she trained them that way so I asked for her name which she refused to provided also. My sister then came in because she knew I was very upset the representative told my sister to wait in spot number one. She came in to make sure everything was well and she reached to get her food and the same nasty rep yelled at my sister it is two orders you can't touch it. Mind you my sister was in a car the first car followed by another car then myself . How do you train your workers to be rude and it is okay. The fact that she kept repeating she did not feel safe that could have went all racial left . She did not feel safe because we are of a darker complexion and everyone on shift were of Caucasian color. We both cancelled our orders my on the mobile app when I was assured I would not be charged if the store did not accept it and my sister's refund in cash. We went down the block to the Burger King they were so very pleasant that night crew could learn something about professional from them.
Update Christian called me 1/6/2023 He was very apologetic and listened to my concerns . He offered to refund my money and offer vouchers for my sister and I. When someone is spending money you don't have to like them but at least you should respect them. Read moreDinner time manager on Thursday should not be a manager. Dining in with my Grandson first waiting at counter no one to be found, counted 5 workers in back some working. I decided to use Kiosk sat down with table sign. Never got our food had to get up and go to counter where it was sitting of with no drinks (milk and cup for soda) or sauce for nuggets (why order them if you aren’t reading the order). Then we sit start to eat so I get up for a straw walk over to soda dispensers and there is like an inch of water. No warning sign just an empty mop bucket, my grandson follows me to get straw before me and next thing he’s laying on his back in water. I said to the worker in dining area should clean this. I was told she’s only one person. Instead of saying like. OMG sorry is he (my grandson) OK. No proceeds to tell me she’s one person, I said there’s 5 workers in back you aren’t by yourself, she said I just got here etc. etc. said the workers are tending customers, I said we are customers and don’t think h taking the trash out right now is more important than the SAFTEY HAZARD of inch of water on tile floor. I was told he should have ran, WHAT yes a 5 yr old in McDonalds yes true but maybe should clean up the water. I ask for manager and guess what she’s the manager. Well that explains everything!! Read moreI went through the drive through and placed an order with a coupon code from the app, giving the code to a girl with an iPad. The code links to the card I have on my account. I pull up to the first window and they cannot find my order, asking if I ordered something else. A manager comes over, and does stuff at the computer for a couple minutes, hands me my receipt and I get my food. A later get a notification that I received 450 points, and then 699 points. When I get home, I look at my credit account and see that the store charged me for my order, and then again without the coupon for the full amount. I called the store, they looked everything up and confirmed that is what happened, and said I can come back for a refund. I live an hour away. The girl on the phone told me that a manager would call me the next day. That was Saturday. It's now Thursday. I called corporate, and they can't do anything. Their solution is to dispute with my bank, which takes 60 days. Ridiculous that they cannot offer a refund over the phone, or even pick up a phone to call someone back after...
