As a regular Starbucks customer who spends 100s of dollars a month I was shocked that I was denied a cup of ice water & pup cup for my dog after our walk. I didnāt realize I needed to show my receipt for the purchase I made hours before. Policy or not, regulars who keep you going and give you TIPS, should not be treated so poorly.
My favorite Starbucks always makes it right. Which is what I told the barista who refused me a cup of water and pup cup (I even offered to pay for it) I just didnāt want to get anything besides those two items. She said I could buy a cake pop, lol, girl I donāt want anything. Charge me for my ice and letās go. Nope!
Apparently the girl (manager) got so bent out of shape by me telling her Iām going to go to my regulars down the road, I guess she called the other manager while she was AT HOME to complain that they are making it harder on them if they treat their regulars right! LOL. Girl!!!!! Iāve met you when you were training what a fake front you put on. Hope to see you at the window soon.

I went to Starbucks today expecting the usual decent service, but instead, I was met with unprofessional and downright rude behavior from the staff. I ordered my drink with caramel drizzle, and when they forgot it, I politely pointed it out. One barista was kind enough to fix the mistake, but the two ladies in the back? Completely uncalled for.
As soon as I asked for the drizzle I had already paid for, one of them mockingly threw up her hands and tilted her head like I was asking for the world. Really? I was the only customer in the store, and they still acted like giving me what I ordered was an inconvenience. Iām sorry, but if you canāt handle a simple request without resorting to childish behavior, maybe customer service isnāt the right job for you.
Starbucks, how do you allow employees like this to represent your brand? Itās not that hard to be respectful, and I shouldnāt have to feel uncomfortable for expecting my drink to be made correctly. This location needs serious trainingāor better...
