Very good food, nice and flavorful. I enjoyed the beef and cheese, my mom liked her salad and the wings were good as well. Large portion too.

Great beer selection.

Loses points for a couple reasons. 1, they have a bee problem. I realize this is not the easiest thing to remedy but it makes eating outside difficult when you're being swarmed by 3-5 bees. Just something to take note of.

I was also disappointed to see that they use prepackaged single use plastic forks and knife sets. Not only is it a waste of plastic it's just not super good to eat with. My mothers fork snapped just eating salad. If you must use single use at least use compostable. There's a ventilator fan outside which is pretty loud but it's only annoying if you try to listen for it.

Service was good. Overall I'd definitely recommend...

We frequent many breweries so whenever we see a new location we get very excited. While some disappoint others do not, Laurentide did not. Being in the village of Penn Yan there is quick and easy access to parking and to nearby restaurants (they do not have food at Laurentide). The brewery itself is the old carriage house behind the bed and breakfast. The owners have put a lot of work into making the place inviting and it shows. Their beer selection is fantastic, unlike many breweries who produce only a few styles they have a good representation of different styles all made on site. They also sell local wine. Nice little brewery in a cool old space. Make sure you go around back to the actual brewery! We were about to leave after trying what we thought was the front door, but it turned out the brewery was actually around back. Look for the big brewery letters on the fence line and head to the yellow building. Beer was good, service was friendly and the snacks we had were very well executed as well. We happen to come in on a Sunday afternoon and we're pleasantly surprised to see they do an all day happy hour kind of thing called Drinking with Lincoln where all their beers are only $5 and they have a selection of snacks at $5 each too! Will definitely check...
