Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Minoqua

I have been repeatedly disappointed by this particular dominos. They do not pay attention to orders and skimp heavily on toppings. The first time this happened I let it go, new employees, busy hours, mistakes happen. But three times now, my pizzas have been missing toppings and light on toppings that I deliberately order double of (not just extra, I order double) when I order double mushrooms, I expect to see at least 1 mushroom sliver per slice, at a bare minimum. I always pay extra for extra toppings and I’m sick of getting shafted. Today I was missing tomatoes entirely, and my “double mushrooms”, were hardly noticeable. Also, what’s going on with the lack of garlic butter on the crusts? This branch could use a visit from whoever checks for quality control. I won’t order from Woodruff again, I’d rather drive to...

The food was fine; it is what you’d expect from dominos. But customer service is what gets this a one star rating. This has been earned from multiple encounters by numerous employees at this particular location. Even after multiple complaints from numerous customers management chooses to keep the same staff on. They do not handle problems in a professional way. When my order was wrong and I called the call got disconnected so I called back. The First Lady I talked to was respectful and considerate but when I called back a man answered and acted frustrated and inconvenienced with me and hung up on me. The management does not care how their employees treat their customers. I will not be returning to this location ever and I suggest no one else does either. Papa Murphys is much better food and much better...
