I am an avid Auntie Annie customer. Have been for years. This location does not adequately represent the brand name of Auntie Annie's. Pretzels are usually very hard and burnt. They made their pretzels smaller than all other franchise. No wonder they do not sell whole pretzel. People would see the difference in size. They will put a few big pieced on top and full the bottom of the cut with small burnt pieces. They are too cheap to purchase the authentic honey mustard sauce that Auntie Annie brand. Instead, they use the Subway honey mustard and say "it's the same!" How can that be when they are two separate companies. One sauce is from Subway, the other is marketed by Auntie Annie.

Read moreDisgusting! I ordered the hot dog pretzel bites and they were raw!! When I showed the man the raw dough he told me there was nothing he could do.. the oven cooks it at a certain temperature. I then explained to him that people can get sick from eating raw dough. He said what do you want and grabbed my cup and threw it in the garbage and slammed another cup of pretzel bites on the counter in front of me. Horrible service. No apology or empathy! My poor young kids ate those raw bites. I hope they don't get sick. Avoid at all costs. If you must go, check your hotdog bites for raw dough. I wish I would've snapped a picture of the raw bites before he so rudely grabbed them from my hand and threw them...
