Dont waste your time or money with this establishment, it is not worth the frustration.
Called ahead order: BECSPK on roll. 15 minutes call ahead. I arrive for pick up. I was told they are working on it. Another 10 minutes go by. Several customers that came in after me got their food before me. I finally get my BEC. I tried to pay and I was told to wait. Another 5 minutes go by. I asked what the hold up was, and no one could answer me. My food was freezing by this point due to utter incompetence. The amount of unorginization amongst staff and lack of communication with each other was disappointing to witness.
Dont waste your time or money with this establishment, it is not worth the frustration.

The lack of proper english in the reply that I recieved is clear evidence of the lack of professionalism, unorganization and utter incompetence on part of the staff. Its seems as though this issue stems from management. In reading other responses from the owner, this disrespect and amounting excuses are a common trend.
A) if you admit the establishment was that unprepared, then you should have taken the correct measures to ensure your business is ready to open. You obviously only care about the money, not the quality.
B) I will not dignify you with a response to the phone order excuse, that is just unreasonably insane on your part to think that is an appropriate response in any situation. You only reiterated your unorginization.
C) perhaps if you yourself were working at the time the review was posted you would have seen there was no long line. In fact a 'line' only accumulated when your staff made everyone wait to pay for their order all at once... And if you were working at that time, then wow. Just wow.

Read moreI am livid, I am usually a very happy customer I know that this place takes a while to make there orders but today forget about it, I ordered from the app and received my confirmation email stating it would be ready in 5 minutes I live about 15 minutes away from the store, was so happy that it was going to be ready when I got there, when I got there I stood waiting almost 5 minutes (maybe even a little bit longer) before I was even greeted. One of the workers said to me she “assumed” I was being helped, I worked in customer service for over 10 years and to my knowledge when you see someone standing there you’re suppose to greet them regardless of what you think....I told them my order and they looked at me like I had two heads not knowing what I was talking about than come to find out that my order wasn't even made. She stated they have been busy. I looked around to see how busy they seemed to be and to me it didn’t seem so busy. Isn’t the whole point of the app to order a head of time and skip the line? Read moreFirst of all I love this place. Its convenient and they have actual have hashbrowns. I love hashbrowns. The service is normally good but I'm disappointed. Anyway none of that matters if your customer doesnt feel welcome or appreciated. The only one I seen smiling was the young blonde girl, which she is normally outgoing.
I walk in and its almost empty. No hello. Give my order and wait awkwardly until until I ask "gentlemen" did you get that? Half way response and walks to back.
I paid while waiting, no thank you from older Spanish women ( I'm spanish). Hey whatever, maybe she's having a bad day. I tip anyway, then I continue to wait until I had to go and ask again if order was ready.
Meanwhile nobody at counter and 3 customers in seating area.
I will admit I walked in on my phone but immediately direct my attention to whomever employee. Idk if they didnt like that I was talking to my fiance while I waited but it wasnt bc I'm Spanish lol
