Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Monroe

The Dunkin in Newburgh is fast! Drive-thru very quick/efficient really no wait! They have public bathrooms for customers/maybe non customers can use& have handicapped accessible bathrooms! Very inclusive! Store has handicapped parkin too, It's usually very clean in there! The Drive-thru moves really fast so no waiting. I am partial though to Dunkin bc I've worked at many locations in the past, know how food is prepped, stored, accounted for, holding temperatures, inventory, how tips are done. I think overall Dunkin is a good place to work especially if U have morning shift bc tips best then! I opened&closed many locations. Donuts r delivered fresh in the morning, tea, coffee and all drinks brewed/made fresh! Bagels made actually! We put the toppings on them, bake, n let the dough sit n rise. Most Dunkins follow same protocol from place to place. Machines for milk r cleaned! Things r very clean!!! Really! This location has free wifi also! Dunkin has an app to order ahead/get deliveries n get rewards! I would definitely recommend this Dunkin donuts! All staff at most Dunkins is friendly. SENIOR DISCOUNTS YOU CAN USE W UR AARP CARD 2GET FREE DONUT/OR SMALL COFFEE! Depends on location. They also have military discounts and discounts for emts/police and more service workers! Depends on location how nice and how far discounts go. But the employees will help and even the managers. Parking lot has a way into store that is handicapped friendly w no lip! There are special tables also for wheelchair bound people. The counter is at a low hight making things easier for handicapped. Also I your a regular we will have your favorite order rememered/ur daily and have it ready to go for you asap bc we know when U come in. I have nothing but good to say bought Dunkin. Just wish would lower prices back down to round 2014 prices. Things have just gotten to much for a simple treat, a coffee and a donut. The sandwiches are really good but pricey. Good treat though. They have many cream cheese flavors too! MANY CHOICES FOR HEALTHY CHOICE BREAKFASTES! They have so many options! Love the blueberry cake donuts, my favorite or apple fritter donuts! I find though it's getting harder to find Bavarian creams, jelly donuts, blueberry cake, apple fritter donuts and now crawlers especially! Get ur donuts early bc they sit all day and a store get only 1 delivery! Yes we have 2 full stand racks in back covered w donuts keeping them moist but we only restock front donuts when rack of 12 is getting low. Munchkins great for kids and staff will happily let U pick! Good place for the family! U can get gift cards too! Just b careful bc there is an uprising in fraud w a few bad apples not this location but others I've heard where they swipe ur card or U do then they say U need to swipe again bc it didn't read! Not true! My friend had an employ at the Walden Dunkin jam the card so it didn't read then bought a $50 card w my friends stolen info! She went right back to the store and they tried to still sell her the $50 gift card!! SHE HAD TO ALMOST CALL THE POLICE! THE JOB WASNT GOING TO GIVE HER CASH BACK THAT WAS STOLEN NOR FIRE THE EMPLOYEE! Just be careful and check all ur charges anywhere U use ur cards! YET AGAIN THIS IS NOT NEWBURGH DUNKIN DONUTS SO PLZ DO NOT JUDGE THEM ON WALDEN! NICE GOOD PEOPLE WORK AT NEWBURGH! NEVER HAD A PROBLEM AND STAFF...

I am vegan and I went there and ordered the beyond meat sausage and a side English muffin. Ordering it this way is the only way to make the sandwich vegan as the whole sandwich has cheese on it, it’s also a lot cheaper. The cashier charged me for a full sandwich and I explained to her how to charge me and she said no we do not do it like that. I explained that there is a way to do it and I hv done many times since the sausage came out. In fact another dnd employee is the one who told me to order it this way that there is a special way to put it in the register specifically for this. The cashier continued to argue and the manager came over. He then agreed w the cashier refused to charge me the correct way was nasty and told me he will lose money if he does that way and I can go somewhere else. This location is one of the rudest dnd I hv ever gone to and they never get your order correct. They are unfriendly and you can tell they are miserable by the interactions they hv w the customers. I will not go back to this location and they all need to be trained on how to ring the vegan sausage correctly and how to speak...

Disgraceful manager at this store. Been wanting to write this a long time but I didnt know the managers name. But apparently the.manager farooq thinks customers are a waist of his time. This location is always busy and understaffed and everytime I ask to speak the manager he walks away while Im in midsentence and runs to his office. Today after waiting 40 minutes for service i stopped the manager to ask if my order would take any longer and he literally said I dont have time to talk to people like you. It was insulting and I felt it was a discriminatory when he said people like you. Ill never come to this store again. You just lost a life...
