Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Monroe

Went here on Saturday November 9th 2024 with my mom after shopping at target, in which this starbucks is located. Please note, it can get really busy at any time, and this can slow down drinks. Sometimes there are only 1-2 people on at a time here. Now, we didn't experience any line, however, when we entered target there was a long line. I decided on the peppermint mocha latte hot grande, and my mom got a pumpkin cake that was warmed, as well as other pastries. The barista britany was very nice. We paid via a starbucks gift card. When i got home enjoyed my latte. i always found starbucks to be a bit strong, so it can be a sometimes thing. But overall, enjoyed it. Maybe i'll be back to try something else! Side note: I also work here so i want to explain our offerings: One can get any drink hot or cold. So what the peppermint latte iced? no problem! We also have nice cold drinks like a strawberry refresher, and a pink drink with coconut milk. Try our Vanila cold foam that is made here! Also we have lattes, frappincos, and lots of options. Also, are you a seosonal starbucks member and like something that you don't see-- ask for it! Like right now we still have pumpkin spice flavor! We also sell sandwiches such as the impossible sandwich, a spinach sandwich, and others. We also have famous cake pops like chocolate, birthday cake, cookies and cream, a bull'seye (Target dog) Cake pop, and pastries such as the pumpkin cake, chocolate cake, and banana walnut cake, as well as croussants. Now I’m traveling around America and I want to say that, having traveled many thousands of kilometers and visited many establishments in other countries, this coffee shop has the best, it seems to me, even in the whole world barista girl who served me!! Very responsive, pleasant and sweet Anna put her heart into her work! I was simply amazed by her professionalism! I was even more surprised that in pure Russian she offered me a whole list of drinks and made simply gorgeous coffee with doping!!!! I have never been served so quickly and professionally! I was incredibly impressed by such service, my only regret is that there was no tip jar and i couldn’t appreciate such a job! Thank you for the wonderful employees who love their job!! If I pass through Monroe again, I will definitely stop by here and hope that I will come...

All Starbucks are not created equal! Consider the disappointment of the summer ending, trying to snag your last caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, and running into the likes of a woman not fit to be called a barista named Christine. Not only did she not embody the cheerful and inviting spirit that our favorite cup taggers are known for, she was sarcastic and snarky. Somehow she managed to forget expresso shots, dump almost half of my frappuccino down the sink, and not even fill the cup to the top. Thank goodness we don't live in Harriman, or surely we would convert to DD's to never have to cross paths with this gem.
