Vic's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Montgomery

I kept trying this place hoping to give it another chance, and after this time, I'm done. The owner is never friendly, and tends not want to talk. It's like he's doing you a favor by giving you food. (He'll cut you short if he doesn't want to talk.) His daughter is somewhat more personable, but does the same thing when she doesn't want to talk. I've also noticed that he tends to give customers dirty looks occasionally when they ask questions.

It was $16 dollars for a regular pizza, with half pepperoni, and half cheese. They don't have any specials on the pizza ether. His food is expensive, and alright. It's average food. You can't purchase drinks, or individual pizza slices if the total is under $5 on your card either. I asked one time if they made pepperoni rolls, to which they said do you mean a calzone?

He tends to snap at his staff working at the back. Instead of pulling them aside, he corrects them in front of everyone, and that's just so wrong. Your employees are people too, not servants. There's other places around Montgomery that are better than this place. And honestly speaking, this Pizzaria hasn't changed names in a couple of years. Before that, it kept changing...

After a long afternoon looking at modern outdoor sculpture at Storm King and an hour walking the streets of the historic town of Montgomery looking for a congenial place to eat, we were fortunate to try Vic's Pizza, where we had the dining room to ourselves and were treated to generous portions of delicious food prepared and served by family members who take pride in pleasing customers and their palates. Everything we ordered--Lucy's Favorite Pizza, the Greek salad--was pleasingly presented, substantial, and tasty. I got the chicken parmesan with spaghetti pasta and tomato sauce, and it was divine--the best I've ever...

They have low customer service. So low that i placed an order for delivery for the very first time and when i asked more or less how long so i can keep an eye out the women replied and i quote "however long it takes the driver to get there" and hangs up on me. I called back and canceled the order. They weren't even intrested in knowing why. However, I proceeded to tell them anyway and the gentlemen said "ok" without a care in the world.
