Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Newburgh

Since this place opened I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. And it's gotten to the point where even though I know I ask for extra cheese AND pay for it, I most likely won't be getting it. But tonight, the audacity of this place is beyond me. I called at 9 p.m. to place an order and inquired about the 5.99 deal. I asked for one half to be a specialty Alfredo spinach, and the other half extra cheese pepperoni. The employee states it'll be 18$ for that. No its not, it's 5.99 and whatever extra they always add. Next thing I know she's asking the manager something he understands I don't want to pay the 18$ and hangs up on me!!! I call the service center and explain everything they take my order, and sure enough the pie comes to $ 8.24 with the extras. I just waited two hours and these people are claiming they never received my order, as well as hanging up on me again. I know it is because the price difference and even the manager who gets on the phone to dispute this is talking over me. Never again, I don't care what the situation. The lack of customer service, the blatant lies about pricing and just overall dissatisfaction on a every time I order basis...

I hate giving bad reviews, I really do but the service here is terrible. And I don't even think it's the fault of the manager, there's clearly not enough workers for the demand they get. Their wait times are really high, they can't keep up. So when you pull up and your timer starts for 2 minutes, they hit the clock seconds before it's up and no pizza. I had to walk in and ask for my pizza. And then when they don't show up, you're supposed to get a free one right? But they hit the timer before the 2 minutes. And then my pizza had the wrong toppings. My point is, you need to get more workers there, probably start a higher wage just to attract applicants because nobody wants to work anymore. These people here are clearly stressed and stress causes mistakes. Papa John's is right down the road and Pizza Hut across the street... Corporate has to help this...

My daughter and I ordered the Foil Pasta Alfredo $8.49. Let me tell you not only that it took a while to serve us but the small portion of amount that it was in the foil tray was good enough for a child. It was like a kids meal. Some part was overcooked and burnt the tray was kinda empty. We was so disappointed. My daughter usual gets full easily and able to leave some leftover. The portion was so little that she finished it all and was still hungry. It’s not worth the price. A bottle of 20oz that looks like a 16oz $2.25 plus the bottle deposit. Total $23.33. Literally we could of count the Ziti Pasta & a few small pieces of chicken. It was like they was running out of the pasta that they had to split it for two orders.
