Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Newburgh

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have ordered from Papa John's consistently and never had a problem. On today Dec 12, 2023 I ordered a pizza for my granddaughter, the Shaq one. The pizza was delivered and I tipped quite nicely. My grand boo took one bite of the pizza and yelled for me. The pizza had human hair in the cheese. I nicely called and asked could they please redo it and I would gladly give them back the original pizza. After being place a on hold 4 times I was told they wouldn't replace it because a piece was eaten. No it was spit out and sitting on the plate with the hair on it. I will never order from here again...horrible customer service and for the amount of times I've ordered and never complained once even when they've forgotten items, I expected more. I really want to like this place, but I never get the chance to eat my pizza. I already have order from this place three times and there’s always a problem. First I ordered my pizza at 10:30 pm, i know it’s a little late but it was only a pizza and they cancel my order. I let that go because it was the first time. Second, they tell me my order is gonna take 1 hour, I check my phone half hour later and I got a notification saying it will take another hour(?) this place is five minutes away from my home how is that possible? The third time it happen again, I try to cancel my order because I found a place where my order wasn’t gonna take 1:30 to be ready and they didn’t let me cancel it. Placed an order online through the app. Told me the order was ready. We get there and it wasn't. Then they gave our order to the wrong person. That person brings our food back in and they tried to give it to us. My husband requested they remake it. You can't do that. The lady at the register has one hell of an attitude on her. Unreal. Finally get our food and my pizza gluten free that cost more money because I needed gf and it didn't even have the right toppings on it. What an utter joke and lack of professionalism for the customers and care to go the extra mile. No one in this location knew what was going on.
