Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Newburgh

My husband and I arrived for a wedding in the area and we were in need of a midnight roast coffee after a 2 1/2 hour drive from New Jersey. My husband and I walked in and each ordered a cup. The nice lady behind the counter asked if it was okay if she brewed us a fresh pot and of course we said yes. We sat down at a table a waited for our coffee when we realized that we could not have a conversation inside this Dunkin Donuts because of all the fans running. We quickly realized that there was no air conditioning and this place has large, extremely noisy, fans running to try to keep the customers and employees comfortable. When our coffee was done the lady behind the counter was trying to get our attention but we couldn’t hear her because of the deafening sound of the fans. I told the staff behind the counter how bad we felt for them. Being in that environment for 10 minutes waiting for a fresh pot of coffee gave us a headache. I can’t even imagine working in that environment. The fresh pot was delicious but you cannot expect to have a conversation with anyone without yelling over the fan noise. And all of the employees deserve a quieter, cooler work...

If I could give it a zero I would, what an absolute horrible experience. This is probably the worst run Dunkin location I've ever been too.

First, I go there to order a box of joe and it's like the world turned upside down. They said they couldn't because they had no more box's of joe???? Meanwhile, I saw them stacked up in the back. They just didn't want to make it.

Second, I try to get a refund on something and no one knows how to issue a refund. They tell me that only a manager can process one and all the managers are on vacation, wow. How do you open an establishment and not be able to issue a refund?

Third, I go to walk into the location and there are 2 staff members outside, the location is locked and they tell me that they are understaffed so only the drive through is open. Mean while, there are at least 2-3 more staff in the location that I saw when I drove up. Maybe if the other 2 staff members were in the store they could effectively operate? One was in her car smoking, the other outside standing around smoking.

The absolute worst, will never go back and someone from management should be accountable for...

I’m not the type of person to leave bad reviews but when you mess up over and over again I have to say something, I’ve been to this Dunkin’ a lot but know I will not be going back, the staff was very lazy and gave attitude, the manager told us to make sure we ordered our stuff correctly at the speaker which we did, the coffee tasted terrible not to mention they just throw the food together and the tea was nasty as well didn’t even give us the right order the first time and gave us attitude about it and when the lady gave us the drink made the correct way she shoved it into my hand and closed the window quick the staff and the manager are very rude I will not be coming back, not to mention I had to go to a different Dunkin’ to get the correct drink I ordered cause they didn’t even make it right the 2nd time but the staff said they’ve heard this Dunkin is always messing up really says something about this place 0/10 will not be...
