Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Newburgh

Asked for a crusant sandwich and was asked how do I want BOTH of those cooked? Simply told the waitress I only asked for one I'm not sure what you mean. She asked if I wanted THEM toasted, again assumed there was 2. I then stated one just one. So we finished the order and it was 2 coffees and 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese and butter on it. One came toasted with cream cheese and no butter, next came not toasted and no cream cheese. I walked back up and got the items I was missing but the gentleman working behind the counter getting those items seems as if he had zero idea what anything ment. Total complete chaos. I spent my money here, the ONLY thing I ask for is what I ordered. Nothing else needs to happen.
