Time and time again the night staff has proved to be horrible. Tonight, waited almost 5 full minutes before a girl's voice came through the speaker box to take my boyfriends order. Once we got up to the window, we pulled up too much before realizing we were missing an order and another car had already pulled up behind. We drove around again and patiently waited for the voice to ask for our order, after minutes of silence, I finally said hello. A rude "give me a minute" finally answers. When she speaks again, we asked her if we were charged for what was missing she replied with yes. When my boyfriend asked if we could drive up to the reserved drive thru space to avoid sitting in line for the window, she said no, you can not cut up to the front. We pulled up and waited about 5 more minutes, the line didn't move. So we drove off, saying "screw it" to the almost $5 worth of food we were not given the first time around. I avoid this McDonald's at all costs unless I happen to be on that side of town during night hours. I left pissed off, and without my order of food. The staff ladies on tonight definitely sounded like little punks, complaining about a woman's order in front of us while we were at the window waiting for our food while she waited in reserved parking. Update 9/30 *—Just ordered an online order for pickup…upon picking up my order I once again got pulled up to the next window to wait for our food. Once the order came out I checked the bags and was missing all napkins, all utensils and all condiments to go with the pancakes 🤦🏻♀️ I waited at the window for them to come back. Once they did, I requested said items and she went to grab them. Another employee then came to the window asking me to pull forward to the door and wait. (The audacity). I said no thanks, I’ll wait here. Listen… i’ve worked in fast food A lot and I understand the fast paced work ethic and the drive-through times that have to meet a certain criteria but at the same time you need to ensure that all items are correct and your customers are happy prior to that bag leaving the window. I said I ordered a bundle she said I was not charged a bundle.. I said that's what I ordered...
