McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Newburgh

Listen, I know it's McDonald's... so I don't set the bar high. But I went in Friday the 29th at about 8pm because the drive thru line was long. I waited at the register for 10 minutes and no-one took my order or even said hello. I finally gave up and tried the kiosk to order (which I'm not fond of) only to find out I couldn't pay cash and had to go the the register anyway. Of course now "Charles" is taking someones order. As soon as he finished with them he disappeared to other parts of the store. So AGAIN I waited 10 minutes with no-one saying a word to me much less helping me. My excuse me's and "could someone please take my order" I even called Charles by name and was still ignored. It all fell on deaf ears until I finally got loud and another kid (still not Charles) came and asked me what was wrong? Are you kidding me? So I told him, he apologized, said he was working a different section but could help me to which I told him he didn't need to apologize and thanked him for helping me. A few minutes later my order was put up (by Charles) but without sauce for the nuggets and no cups for my sweet teas... and you guessed it good Ole Charles would not even look at me much less answer me or fix the problem. Several minutes into me asking for help over and over Charles walked away, out thru the kitchen and the same young man that took my order had to again stop what he was doing to get me sauce and cups. I was not the only customer he did this too, a group of us took turns telling each other to stay calm... mostly because of the disrespect...

I always stop during day before work everything is great I only occasionally stop after work at 430 am on 9l27l25 I stopped for a new reward apple pie apparently my rewards weren't working right it came up a 20 pc nugget the woman manager had me pull to the window before I could order my coffee to go with an apple pie so I figured I would order at window I know when your busy it could be annoying if the app isn't working right . I showed her the app and she said so you don't want the nuggets I said no I would prefer the reward apple pie she said so you don't want to buy anything just the pie.i said I will pay for the pie she gave it to me said you can go now I offered the money cause I didn't want her to void nuggets I felt bad then she said you can you can go I went to tell her I would like to get a coffee and she cut me off talking said I don't want your money you can go and shut the window .I sat for moment at that point I was aggravated and went to the gas station for my coffee .I will still return to your McDonald's during day hours but I will never go back after work during overnights .I worked customer service all my life and was very upset about how I was treated .I called this afternoon and reported this transaction to a male manager on the phone not to complain but to make sure the customer service is addressed accordingly.i didn't expect this treatment from part of the...

I should never have let my husband talk me into stopping here on our way out of town. We went through the drive-thru and ordered two breakfast sandwiches, a medium coffee with two creams and a large coffee with two creams. When the order showed up on the screen we noticed it was one medium coffee with two creams and one Sprite. My husband pointed out the error and the person on the headset said it's fine. It's the same price. This seemed odd to us but we don't work at McDonald's. So what do we know. When we got our order we were handed a large coffee and a Sprite. 🙄 We told them about the correction. They took the sprite back and gave us a second large coffee. I was so confused but whatever it's just not worth stressing over. Until I went to take the first sip.... My medium coffee with two creams was actually a large premium blend coffee with seven Splenda and eight creams. I'm sad for whom ever ordered this very specific combination of flavors. I won't even drink it ☹️. So we switched... My husband took the Splenda with a little coffee in it and I took his large coffee with two creams. Which tastes like it has a ton of sugar in it. 😳. I did not pee here and probably will never have the chance because I will not ever...
